  4. As much as Zoe-gate seems hilarious, I'm also looking forward to the time when Hart of Dixie branches out more and stops focusing so intently on Zoe's love life. (if the show lasts that long)

  5. as fun as Wade is, I am all for George and Zoe, though I doubt it will be end game. Oh well :P

  7. This is one message I was 100% sure would get unlikes lol

  8. Well, she is the protagonist after all, and frankly I'm not sure the show is strong enough to engage viewers with storylines involving prominently other characters.

  9. Sorry, but George seemed kind of douchey in this promo. He was messing with two women at a time, finally chose Lemon and yet expected Zoe to pine for him forever in hope he'd change his mind? Uh. ;]

  10. No one said anything about other characters. I'm speaking of Zoe's love life, specifically the current triangle. If the focus of the show continues to be so narrow it will run out of creative steam very quickly.

  11. That I agree with. Her romantic entanglements with George and Wade seemed already too dragged out last season

  12. can`t wait for the season ! it looks so interesting and of course funny :)

  13. what is with leading men lately - they are so annoying and judgmental- George, Bill, Stefan to name a few

  14. I'm sorry but Wade was douchey the whole season, and now that he and Zoe did it, he's bragging about how great he was. That's pretty douchey to me.

  15. Wade had his not-so-great moments, true, but he was not a jerk the entire season, and most importantly, never a hypocrite. Unlike the golden boy George, who pretty much had an emotional affair with Zoe while being engaged to Lemon.
And in the promo, Wade's not bragging around town that he banged Zoe. He's just teasing her. The only reproachful thing is that he apparently implied to George he'd spent last night with Zoe.

  16. George was Lemon's boyfriend/fiancé, then he met Zoe and he began to have feeling for her. He was faithful to Lemon. I don't see what he did wrong. He kissed Zoe once because he found out that his own perfect little fiance was having a "real" affair with his friend and he was feeling betrayed and vulnerable and Zoe was there for him. That's a classic coping mecanism.
In the first episodes I really wanted Zoe and Wade to get together because there was good chemistry but he had to hurt her by telling her that she was delusional for even thinking that there was something going on. Wade is a good guy at heart but that was just the douchey moment that made me... not like him anymore. That's what ruined the character for me and he didn't even apologize for embarassing her like that. Why would she see a reason to be in a relationship with him?

  17. Not trying to excuse Wade's actions, but he was heartbroken over Zoe himself at the time. Why would George get a free pass after kissing Zoe and playing with her feelings when he was hurt and Wade wouldn't? Actions speak louder than words.
George was physiaclly faithful to Lemon, but he let himself get emotionally attached to Zoe in a very intimate way, he kept secrets from Lemon. That's emotional cheating. Also, he was very selfish towards Zoe with his actions near the end of the season, running from one woman to another and back again, and again. The guy doesn't even know what he feels & wants himself and hurts other people in the process of figuring it out - it's his trait, it was the same when he first left Bluebell and still is now, why would anyone see a reason to be in a relationship with him? ;]
But frankly, I think Zoe is the one to blame the most, if we are to blame someone. She was pretty much after George from the get go, despite the fact that he was engaged. He led Wade on, too, and most of the time made him feel like he was inferior and didn't deserve a woman like her. She was ready to date the guy that jumped into bed with her friend, when they were suposedly into each other. Not a good record at all.

  18. I do agree with you to some extent, they're all to blame.
Most of the time I hate how love triangles are handled on TV and I can't bare to watch it but the fact that every single one of them has his own little flaws makes it somehow interesting. I really hope they're not gonna screw it up by making her on and off with both Wade and George (even though I'm sure they'll play it that way because, well, it's tv...)

  19. It can be a bit cheesy at times, and Rachel Bilson can have these awkward moments where her character falls flat (actually I think all the characters have a tendency to do this) but I, for the most part, really like this show. Its not ground breaking, but its a sweet story keeping me entertained. I do also wish they would settle Zoe into what ever relationship shes going to be in and find a broader story to follow. Wade's a sweet, nice guy, but lets face it, hes dumb and shes supposed to be a doctor. That brings me to my last gripe, she dosent play a very good doctor. I really do like this show and I hope they keep going with it

  20. LOL
    isnt that what TVD
is all about?? Same Elena/Stefan/Damon triangle crap every episode yet people dont complain about that?

  21. Lemon didnt really have an affair.
She and George were having a break while he was
in New York... in the flashback episode she even mentiond they had agreed not to contact each other while he was there so she was free to sleep w/Lavon. George on the other hand was fllirting w/Zoe from the moment she arrived in town then 1st told Lemon he wants the to be together and even told the reverend he couldnt
imagine what would happen if s/th happened to her but then all of sudden decided to call off the wedding and is now acting as if Zoe was unfaithful to him LOL lm sure he's a great guy but he thinks he's better than Wade cuz he's all lawyer but job is not everything

  22. I complain about it, or did when I still watched TVD. ;D I do think though that E/S/D triangle was a bit better fleshed out than what we've seen on HoD.

  23. Good natured misery - looking forward to it.
