    So Dexter tells her the truth? That he's been doing this for ever and that his dad taught him a code? I did not expect him to be honest. After seeing the first minutes of the premiere and listening to dexter telling Deb that he snapped after rita died I thought he would lie and say it was a one time thing...I hope finally telling her the truth will set him free but I doubt it. If anything being honest is probably gonna comfort him in what he's doing.

    I didn't read that, but in the 2 minute trailer, there are images that look like Dexter kills them, but the situation is so strange, that it almost seems like a dream sequence...

    yes, you see him drugging Deb's food as well and deb in a bloody tub. Dexter has been known to have hallucinations, like when he imagines how deb would react if he told her he was the bay harvor butcher so im tempted not to believe anything violent i see on those promos because some of them might be fantasies from dexters part.
