Today sees the two time winner and current reigning champion Supernatural in a tough battle with Smallville in an all CW battle. We also have new favourite Once Upon A Time aiming to make the last eight on its first attempt as it squares off against one of the biggest sitcoms of all time in Friends.

  1. Pretty easy day for me. Supernatural > Smallville. Friends > Once Upon A Time.

    Done... :)

  2. Supernatural & Once Upon A Time for me.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Supernatural and Friends.
Easy polls today, even though I like all four of them. It's just that nothing can beat Supernatural for me and Friends deserves this after ten great years.

    ReplyDelete
  4. How could you this to me? Smallville vs. Supernatural? Hard moment :)

    ReplyDelete
  5. Very easy votes for me today, Supernatural and Friends.

    ReplyDelete
  6. SPN! And OUAT vs. Friends was cruel, but I went with OUAT.

    ReplyDelete
  7. ..WHAT...the first poll,,is not fare two fantastic series, strong base fan competing each other ..//.OUCH.//...SUPERNATURAL FOR ME ..SNIF,SNIF,...SMALLVILE

    ReplyDelete
  8. i did not vote i like supernatral and smallville to much . :)

    ReplyDelete
  9. Smallville and Once Upon A Time :)

    ReplyDelete
  10. Two easy choices today. Supernatural, being my favorite show, will always have my vote no matter who the opponent.
And as much as I love friends, OUAT is just an absolutely brilliant show that I have fallen in love with and is very deserving of my vote.

Looking at the bracket, it sucks for me that my three favorites left in the competition (fringe, supernatural and OUAT) are all in the same half of the bracket so only one can make the final (if any of them do, hopefully supernatural will again manage to claim victory)

    ReplyDelete
  11. same here! and how? i'm still astonished about OUAT beating HIMYM, and now Friends?? o.O

    ReplyDelete
  12. Friends. Clever writing, fine acting.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Smallville and Once Upon a Time for me. Sorry SN I love you but you are not like you have been once.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Clearly you forgot how Smallville went on for 10 seasons and did the exact same thing SPN has been doing lately...

    ReplyDelete
  15. Smallville and Once Upon A Time :)

    ReplyDelete
  16. I know but SV got over it and the later seasons were actually better than s6 or s7. Maybe SN will do that, too, but right now if I compare them to me, it's SV.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Incredibly easy today. Supernatural, which I enjoy more than Smallville even on its worst day (well, except maybe for "Bugs"...), and Friends, which I still think is one of the best comedies of all time. I'm actually a bit appalled that it's losing to Once Upon a Time right now. I think it's a great freshman effort, but I wouldn't say it's better than Friends in any capacity, especially after ONE YEAR.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Once for me! Do not watch SPN or Smallville, never could get into Friends so just OUAT it is!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Another easy one, Smallville and Once upon a Time

    ReplyDelete
  20. REALLY HARD DAY. I went with Smallville and Friends, because Smallville never disappointed me the way that Supernatural has for the past two seasons. As for the second, even though OUAT is my favorite new show, Friends is a classic, so that was how I chose.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Friends is overrated to me and I love OUAT - and since I just started watching Supernatural and really enjoy it so far - going to go Supernatural.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I love Supernatural but I loved Smallville more. Friends was ok but Once Upon a time is so much better.

    ReplyDelete
  23. UOAT and friends too very diferent shows ONCE has a lot a potencial but it's very early
    friends ia a classic
friends should be against seinfeld or will and grace

    ReplyDelete
  24. this should be by category comedy VS comedy
    medical vs medical
cop shows like CSI , The mentalist , NCIS and all he other envolving police
    freshman vs freshman
    maybe next time ....

    ReplyDelete
  25. Agreed - I don't think Friends is a bad show - but I just don't think a sitcom can accurately be compared to a drama and full one hour show (well, 45 minutes in reality). If it was sitcom versus sitcom, Friends would win in a a lot of match-ups.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Smallville and OUAT for me. I also love Friends, but OUAT and Friends are completely different shows. It basically came down to me voting between my favorite show and a show I really like, so I chose OUAT.

    ReplyDelete
  27. That's the hard part about these - I felt the same way when X-Files lost to Buffy considering Buffy likely doesn't exist without the X-Files doing what it did.

I think the length of show is a good debate - but more so - sitcom versus one hour drama. Two different worlds - hard to compare.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Supernatural obviously. I watched OUAT and Friends only for a few episodes.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Of course the first one was easy, SUPERNATURAL!
    And OUAT.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Supernatural in Friends for me.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Yet again an easy one.

Voting Smallville over Supernatural. Both shows had problems, but Smallville had a smoother run, more prominent female characters and less sexism.

Voting OUAT over Friends. Friends was a great, if a bit overrated, sitcom, but OUAT is pretty much a cult-classic already.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Smallville and Once Upon A Time for me! Friends had it's time... Supernatural is a good show but in my opinion Smallville was the best overall..

    ReplyDelete
  33. WOW this one is very easy...
Without a doubt Smallville and Friends.
But of course Supernatural will win because of its crazy fangirls

    ReplyDelete
  34. So much Supernatural !!

    ReplyDelete
  35. What sort of evil mastermind puts Smallville against Supernatural?!

    ReplyDelete
  36. FRIENDS & SUPERNATURAL

    ReplyDelete
  37. Supernatural and Once upon a time!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Wow I can't chose between Once and Friends I love them both, and they're way too different to compare

    ReplyDelete
  39. ĪĪæt because it's a good show that you personally don't like, but because it has crazy fangirls.Okay.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Supernatural & Friends For Me! I used to like Smallville but they totally ruined the End of the Series, They blew up Lana, and it became total Cheeseville!!

    ReplyDelete
  41. You've said repeatedly that you find Supernatural to be sexist. Why do you think so?
I'm just asking because I'm genuine surprised.Never heard it before about this show.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Supernatural and Friends of course!!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Pretty easy day: Supernatural and OUAT. I liked Friends when it was on, but it is a pretty forgettable comedy for me. The last several seasons were very worn, the characterization fell off, and the Rachel-Joey-Ross triangle was the end of it for me, it was so bizarrely searching for a plot. But Friends had it's moments is a cultural touch point for comedy.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I'm sorry. I respect your opinion regarding shows and your right to express it, but can we not demonize female fans?

    ReplyDelete
  45. I don't know either SPN was never that show to begin with. People even called the show racist at one point. I'm black in never saw anything racist about it. I guess people got to bash it just cause.

    ReplyDelete
  46. It hasn't been good for a very long time

    ReplyDelete
  47. Again,that's your opinion and I respect that,even though I disagree.
I just think that the "crazy fangirls" comment was kind of unnecessary.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Supernatural and Friends for me with no hesitation. Supernatural has remained my favorite TV series for an unprecedented 7 years. That's a long time for me as I tend to fall out of love with TV as often as I fall in. It's strong Winchester family bond and combination of drama, humor, scare, and surprises make it entertaining and heartfelt. A website I was just at asked when people became addicted to Supernatural. Here was my long-winded answer:

I became obsessed with Supernatural on September 27, 2005. I remember the precise moment. Supernatural caught my interest the summer before it premiered because critics were comparing it to Buffy and The X-Files, two series I absolutely loved and then became disillusioned with. I decided to try it out and I knew this show was for me in the pilot when Dean said, "No chick flick moments." Winner - snark. Then Kripke went and surprised me for the first of many times. I was holding my breath as he killed off Jessica. I was so excited because it made the story more intense and even more importantly, it killed off the potential love triangle right away. That had me sending Kripke massive kudos from the start.
However, it was Dead in the Water when Supernatural became my TV obsession, leaping to my favorite faster than any other show. When Dean kneels down so he can talk TO Lucas instead of AT him and opens himself up a bit, to a child no less, Dean became a fully rounded character and not just a fountain of snark. Supernatural became appointment TV for me that day and has never stopped being so. This in itself is impressive because I usually fall out of love with a TV show somewhere in the 3-5th year.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Supernatural and Friends. Haven't seen Once and though I watched Smallville for the longest time, Supernatural will get my vote here.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Actually Fringe is on the other side of the bracket. If it can beat Game of Thrones this week, it will be in the finals.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Sitcom vs drama is an interesting subject given that it is rare for sitcoms to even be nominated in this contest, much less to go beyond the first round. It's a testament to the power of Friends that it is still in it. I think dramas by nature and length tend to have the advantage because you get to know more facets of the characters quicker and the story tends to be bigger for lack of a better word. It gives sitcoms a disadvantage. It would be interesting to see who the winners would be in an all-sitcom contest. Also interesting to compare how many votes that contest would get compared to this one.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Awesome! I'm glad you decided to try Supernatural. It tends to surprise a lot of people given the reputation of the CW. What episode are you on? Are you watching through Netflix? Netflix and TNT have done wonders in bringing new fans to SPN.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Supernatural actually has a large male viewing audience (about 50/50) in the last data I have seen. Mark Pedowitz called it the CW's largest male audience in an interview recently. Perhaps people vote for it because many fans, both male and female, still love it even if you do not.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Definitely Supernatural. :) I'm fairly indifferent about the other 2, so I flipped a coin and Friends won. :)

    ReplyDelete
  55. Dude you kind of acting like a fangirl with the obsessive comments.

    ReplyDelete
  56. With all due respect the very fact that the original poster already got downvoted for picking one show over Supernatural AND attacked by rabid fangirls, only proves his/her point.

    ReplyDelete
  57. A lot of people talked about it, but SN is pretty much a propaganda of misogyny. you have two overly muscular dudes killing women. Why do they kill women? Oh because every female character ends up either dead or evil in that show. Then you have the fact that men outnumber women in the show by far and men are resurrected far more often in the show.

Hell, the SN fandom is famous for influencing and threatening writers into writing out Jo and her mother from the show, as well as the hate Ruby got in S3, which led to a horribly messed up retcon of her in S4.

now given CW is not exactly a forte for gender equality and Smallville had its own cases of sexism, but it was never to this degree.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Sorry think you are just so off--political correctness run amok. So what if the regulars are basically all male...it's silly to say shows must be balanced. Some shows may have male casts and others female. It doesn't have be a political gender split. And they kill off even more males than females if you take total body count.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Lol! What,don't like cheeseville i take it! :)

    ReplyDelete
  60. I don't care about the vote, everyone's free to choose whatever they want. It's the characterization that bothered me.I don't have to be a crazy/rapid fangirl to like the show.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Supernatural always & forever! I could describe it as the BEST show ever on tv and I wouldn't be wrong.I discovered it through a friend on the last episode of season 3. Immediately after watching that 1 episode I ran to my local video store and found season 1 but they didn't have season 2. Five stores and a 3 hour drive later I had season 2 and sat impatiently after watching both seasons one after another for the season 3 DVDs. I haven't missed an episode since then, while it wasn't always easy having to wait a day to watch it online for 6 months until I found a satellite company who carried the CW in Canada and yes I switched just so I could watch Supernatural! I have ssns 1-6 DVDs and my DVR has all of season 7. I don't watch a lot of TV but Supernatural is never missed and I have the timers set on my DVR just to be sure, not that I would ever forget to watch. It's about family, loyalty and love. Throw in some demons, monsters and a very special angel and something remarkable was born. The most awesome show ever created ( Thank you Eric Kripke!) with the most talented cast and crew of writers, directors and producers ever assembled and the SPN Fandom thanks you all!!

    ReplyDelete
  62. The dead men on the show outnumber the women by a lot. Most female characters are dead not because they're women, but because they're characters of this particular show.Everybody dies, period. And the only ones that get ressurected again and again are the brothers,Cas and Bobby.
Supernatural has a lot of amazing female characters, portrayed just as strong, smart and brave as the men.Ellen,Jo,Pamela,Mary,Anna,Meg,Bella,Jody Mills...And most of them are very well liked by the fandom.
A lot of people disliked Ruby, but that's normal, you can't like every character.I wasn't crazy about her either, but there are also a few male characters that I don't like.It has nothing to do with gender. And Kripke said later that they knew Ruby's storyline(that she was manipulating Sam) from the beginning. It didn't change because of the reaction she got.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Smallville and Friends!! <3

    ReplyDelete
  64. The first one couldn't have been easier for me. I have come to hate Smallville with a passion especially in its last 2 seasons, so I would vote for virtually anything against it. Plus I actually like Supernatural, even though I have some problems with it.
The second one was also pretty easy for me. I like OUAT, but Friends was consistently great over many seasons. OUAT might get there in the future or even surpass Friends in my eyes, but it isn't nowhere near it now, IMO.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Friends! I really really hope it beats OUAT

    ReplyDelete
  66. I love both Smallville and Supernatural but in the end of the day I will always vote for Smallville. That show was my first TV obsession and while it might have decreased in quality in the later seasons I still enjoyed it more or less. I love Supernatural too but Superman will always win over the Winchesters for me. Bet you didn't see that vote coming from me. :P In the second poll I voted for Friends.

    ReplyDelete
  67. 1) Would it make a difference if
    they were skinny?

    2) Not all women end negatively. Some of the women end up heroic
    or almost canonized.
    3) Women aren't portrayed in a
negative light. Yes, some are evil or monsters, but so are men. In fact, a lot
of the women are smarter than the boys (Bela, Ruby, Lilith, Ellen, all had
knowledge and/or power and got the upper hand on the boys more than once.) You
see women in positions showing success and intelligence (doctors, sheriffs, professionals,
    etc.)

    4) Good storytelling doesn't have a
balance list that needs to be checked off so as to remain politically correct,
it has to fit the world in which story takes place. SPN is about two brothers
who lost their mom at a young age and fight otherworldly creatures. It would
make sense for the network of hunters to be mainly (but not entirely) male. It
makes sense given the daddy issues (stemming from the basic premise that their
mother was killed when they were young) that their closest human friend is a
    surrogate father figure.

    5) I have to disagree on Ruby hate. Katie Cassidy
rocks. She was awesome as Ruby. The reaction to “fake” Ruby tells you how much
    we liked her.

    6) CW is a female-oriented network.
Are you saying that women watch a bunch of shows that are catered to them, but
are so dumb as to not recognize a misogynistic agenda? And that the network is
so smart as to accomplish it without anyone the wiser? To what purpose? Laugh
at the women enjoying the shows they put on the air? I personally respect that the WB/CW realizes that science fiction/fantasy/comic book shows aren't the sole purview of men and that women might want to watch something that isn't a nighttime soap.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Smallville and Friends all the way, definitely. Smallville and Friends are my top two shows of all time. Although I'm pretty sure Supernatural is going to win by a landslide (if the current poll is any indication) OUAT has no right whatsoever to beat a classic like Friends.

    ReplyDelete
  69. While I haven't been a fan of Supernatural the last two seasons, I do think it had more strong seasons than Smallville did.

And then an easy one for me, Friends.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Well of course the dead men outnumber female characters, that's because the number of overall men in the show outnumbers the female characters too. Its too disproportionate from the start to use that argument, because one dead man does NOT equal one dead woman in a show where you have at least 10 male characters to one female.

Ellen - Dead., Jo - Dead, Mary - Dead., Meg - Evil and (occassionally) dead. Bella - Evil(occasionally) and Dead. Anna - Evil and Dead. See my point yet?

Have no ideas about others you listed or who they are, but show has a tendency to "make a point" by killing off or destroying any interesting female characters in favor of male cast.

Writers can say whatever they want after it happens. There's a horrible dissonance between season three and season four. And even more horrible dissonance between S3 Ruby, who was independent, interested, kickass character and S4 Ruby, who was a stereotypical poster-figure for sexist propaganda posters. In no way one could believe that it was intentional. Season Four is the season when misogynism in the show skyrocketed. Why? Because the writers saw the sexist hate the fandom had against every female character introduced in S3 and S2.

    ReplyDelete
  71. In Supernatural everybody dies - male and female, which makes the whole debate null and void. This is the part of the argument that I do not get at all. Actually the only people with a favorable chance of surviving are children (both male and female) and even they don't make it out all the time.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Good point, like the antichrist. I'm surprised they didn't go back to that.

    ReplyDelete
  73. I agree that shows don't need to have a balance in cast and the fact that the cast is so small makes it even less of a big deal. If there was a main cast of 20 and there were no main females (unless it took place in a males-only/males-dominated arena) then there would be a case. When your main cast is 2 with 2 regulars putting in a female for the sake of having a female is sexist. Many times Supernatural females are portrayed as heroes and strong. There are many very likable female characters who come and go on Supernatural - good role models that far surpass the female characters I see on a lot of TV shows these days.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Everyone dies on Supernatural. That's the nature of the beast. Of the thousands of people who have died, the two leads (who have to come back) and 2 regular characters have come back. One of which has died now presumably for good. So of the thousands, 3 came back. The fact that those 3 are male means nothing in the vast majority of people who have not come back.

It seems your main problem is that there is no main female character. Since there are only 2 main characters and 1 regular character left, why would there have to be a female? I could see your point if there were 20 main characters but there are only two. Would you have liked Supernatural better if it were a brother and sister act? For my thinking, adding a female character to politically correct is sexist in itself. Supernatural has some of the strongest female characters around. The fact that they don't stay very long does not diminish that fact.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Please don't forget the crazy fandudes like me, we may not be as vocal, but we still come here to vote like any self-respecting crazy fangirl !
SPN will win cause it deserves to, end of story.

    ReplyDelete
  76. I would say that the women who die on the show (who are not demons) end up being more lauded than the men. Ellen and Jo had a powerful, poignant, heroic, Winchester-saving death. They gave up everything to give the Winchesters a chance to save the world. Does not get any stronger or more heroic than that.

I also agree that the women on Supernatural are overwhelmingly shown in a powerful and smart light. They aren't an unending line of damsels in distress. Even those women who inadvertently get caught in a supernatural they never believed in tend to want to do something instead of standing around screaming until you want the monster to get them. PiPs like Kathleen, Hailey, and Sarah in season 1 are good examples. They were resolved to find solutions in overwhelming odds. Probably the best example of a strong female right now is Sheriff Jody who I hope will be in several episodes this season. She's smart, resourceful, and can hold her own in a battle of the undead. What's not to love!

    ReplyDelete
  77. There seem to be a lot of people who like Supernatural being down voted also. I suppose you think those people are also a bunch of "rabid fangirls/fanboys" too. Fangirl is an insulting term that implies that people have no basis for what they enjoy and that they are mindless teenagers who have no taste. I first encountered the term when I was defending Buffy online. My guess is that you would have been insulted if someone implied that Buffy was subpar entertainment that only mindless idiots could like. Perhaps people down voted the comment because they thought it was insulting, not because of how the person voted.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Today is going to smash the most voted in day of the competition. That is for certain. It's still not over quite yet for Smallville, but it definitely is red hot between Friends and OUAT. Less than 50 votes in it!

    ReplyDelete
  79. Bwah! Let's hear it for the male Supernatural online fans. People do seem to overlook the fact that many SPN fans are male. It amazes me how when anyone else votes in this contest it's because they like the show but when Supernatural fans do it's because we are crazy little girls. (Demos actually show that SPN fans skew in their 30's and that almost half are male, but what do statistics and facts have on wild conjecture and name calling.) It seems like we have to defend the show every time when others simply get to vote in peace.

You are right. IF Supernatural wins (it will be extremely hard to beat Castle this year, which I predict will be the overall winner.), it will be because it deserves to. The winner of this contest is who can mobilize their fan base into voting and passing the word the quickest. People don't take that time if they do not love their show and find it worthwhile. Sour grapes are still just sour grapes no matter what names people choose to call Supernatural fans.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Thanks for your comment. One of the things I love about Supernatural being on TNT in syndication and Netflix instant streaming is stories like yours (too bad Netflix wasn't available in time for you.) So many people have discovered SPN for the first time this summer and I always love hearing how they race through the seasons determined to be done before season 8 starts. It's been great to see the show through their eyes as they discover the new plots and characters and just have to find someone to talk to about it, someone to share the excitement. It's been like watching the episodes for the first time all over again for me.

    ReplyDelete
  81. I agree. The women who are "victims" are almost always smart and strong willed and ready to fight back or at least confront the problem. I loved Sheriff Mills right up until they killed Bobby. Now she reminds me of dead Bobby. :-( I'm hoping to reconcile that and love her again though.

I'm beginning think, however, that @twitter-479498875:disqus 's problem isn't with the "sexist" show, it is with the "sexist" "fangirl" fanbase. Women who didn't like Ruby because she was playing Sam or she was causing angst between the boys or she was, you know, an evil demon. (Not me, I loved Ruby.) Women who don't just love any female character because they are female.

    ReplyDelete
  82. I have to admit that I am shocked that the poll is so close. I voted for Friends but I was sure it would have no hope against a new, much loved genre show with a heavily online fan base like Once Upon a Time.. Generally current shows do a whole lot better than canceled shows in this tournament. I think that it is a great testament to Friends that it is so close right now.

  83. Supernatural and Friends! Although i loved Smallville and it will always remain in my heart, that love has passed and Supernatural means so much more...

  84. I dislike Friends and Supernatural! So that left Smallville and OUAT!

  85. In the context of this poll it doesn't matter if half the SPN audience are males IMO. A viewer and a fan are not the same thing. It matters who is actually active online and in the fandom and judging (not only) by this and other sites I think it is pretty clear that the vast majority of the online fans and people in the fandom are in fact female. I don't think they are all "crazy fangirls" at all, but I think bringing audience figures into a debate concerning this online competition is rather irrelevant.

  86. OUAT beats Friends? Sorry, but I can't! Friends is the best TV show ever!

  87. will we ever see a poll that supernatural does not win?

this site is saturated with SPN fans!!

  88. It's a lot less dominant that is was in 2010/11... I think there's a new wave of fans beginning to come out. It's a slow process, but gradually the SPN, Fringe, Vampire Diaries crowd will lessen and shows like Castle, Game of Thrones and some new (hopefully quality stuff) will move in. Much like how the LOST crowd has moved on to new places or new shows etc etc....

  89. FRIENDS hands down!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  92. Supernatural and Once upon a Time!

  93. You make a good point. The online fandom is largely female and seems to trend older than the overall viewing audience.

  94. Sorry but Smallville was never in the same level as Supernatural for start.

  95. There is a better case for sexism in that scenario for sure. However, I found Ruby annoying from the second she tree ninja-ed out in her first episode. Making a character mysterious for the sake of creating mystery irks me to no end. Her "all questions no answers" introduction is what I hate most about many genre shows and I was afraid the show was heading in that direction. Of course it wasn't but by the time I realized that I already disliked her. Plus, I never trusted her and her tendency to divide the Winchesters - Jus in Bello being the pinnacle. On the other hand, I was a fan of Bela whom everyone else hated. I was ticked when she died and Ruby lived on. While Bela can get overwhelming when I marathon entire episodes, on a week to week basis I found her fun and a challenge. Beside Sheriff Jody, Tessa may be my favorite SPN female.

  96. easy today.

Supernatural - Smallville really only grabbed me while Lex was on. His was the most interesting character. When they moved the show to Lex and Clark becoming enemies the story just wasn't holding up for me. I stopped watching, I think, about season 3.

Once Upon A Time. - Was never a Friends fan. So another easy choice. (I didn't expect the finished shows to go up against current shows. That surprised me. )

  97. I can see how the "mystery" aspect would have been annoying. I can see how people would dislike her for the demon blood plotline. Ruby as a character masterminded/enabled some very controversial storyarcs. I would expect people to be divided on her. She reminded me of blond Meg at first and I LOVED blond Meg. I loved the spunk, I loved the haircut, I loved how she just cut that dude's neck open. So Ruby was like an upgrade for me. New Meg not so much, definite downgrade. But whatever actress is playing them, they were smart, independent, sassy important female characters. I like that.

  98. Netflix at the moment - I'm only five episodes in - but it's entertaining enough to keep me watching. I"m kind of switching between catching my wife up to White Collar and doing Supernatural on my own, so it'll take sometime.

  99. Agreed - I myself wouldn't vote for a sitcom over a drama that's seen any level of success - but I'm clearly not everyone.

  100. In honor of Lost, I'm required to make this comment since it will be comment 108. Close results with Once Upon A Time, but I"m glad it made it through.

  101. Friends lost to Once Upon a Time?!?! That's an absurd...

    ReplyDelete
  102. White Collar is another favorite show for me. Glad to see the 3rd season is now on streaming. Supernatural season 1 has its ups and downs. The sixth episode is great but the couple couple are not. Then you get into Asylum- Scarecrow - Faith which are awesome.

  103. I watched a couple of episodes near the end of season 5, because my daughter had watched them online and she was watching the newest ones as they came out. But I was confused about what was happening, so it didn't exactly hit then. But I was interested enough to go out and buy season 1 and start from the beginning. I was hooked from the first episode. I didn't have a lot of money, but I managed to buy all of the seasons and watch them before season 6 started. I haven't been this hooked on a show in a very long time.

  107. Am I right in Saying Fringe V Game OF Thrones........!!!!!! Battle of the Giants! :)

  108. That would be hard, tho i know who i would vote for but i would feel guilty But before you play that out in your mind i think you forgot one other show.....Supernatural!

    ReplyDelete
  109. Friends lost?!?! That's just crazy! This show was the best one ever!

    ReplyDelete
  110. Good to know - it's odd because I'm watching new ones and Season 1 episodes in the same week - but the backstory filling in for my wife along the way is nice.

Supernatural will be a slow process because I'm due for an X-Files rewatch soon and my wife and I rewatch Lost every winter.

  111. Voted for Smallville and OUAT when the pole was open. I could never get into Friends when it was on, even though almost everyone I grew up with was obsessed with it. I've only watched Smallville once, but I strongly dislike Supernatural (I know, I'm in the minority), it just never interested me, I found it boring.

    ReplyDelete
  112. I can't believe people picked OUAT over Friends. I mean seriously????

    ReplyDelete
  113. I would have voted for any show over friends. I hate it with a passion.
