  1. That was amazing! Glad HG was mentioned so everyone can stop freaking out. Loved the Myka and Steve bonding time.

And what the hell was that ending?

  5. I laughed when Pete used the mushroom excuse again. Are mushrooms the new fudge?

I loved, loved, LOVED the bonding scenes between Myka and Jinks. We hadn't seen so much interaction between the two of them, so it was refreshing. I'm glad Myka knows what's going on, now.

    Can anyone explain the ending?

  6. Firstly, I want to thank whoever made the decision to actually show off the fact that Allison is an attractive young woman. I approve of the new hair and clothing choices.

Somehow the brotherhood has access to the Warehouse.

  7. It thought that was a pretty darn good episode.

Regarding the ending: someone took the marbles from the warehouse and sent them to Hugo (who had been looking for them and didn't know they'd already been snagged.) Whoever took them left a calling card- the black gem. No idea it's meaning so i assume that is to be seen in future episodes.. BTW What's the point of a catalog system if you aren't alerted when something is taken??!!
Brother Adrian said they'd undo Artie's work since he undid theirs by using the astrolabe. I guess that means they are going to re-release artifacts and seems like give them to people close to Artie (are we being given a clue of how Claudia ends up with the dagger that stabs Artie?) So even though he saved the Warehouse and the artifacts and agents.. b/c he won't undo it, the Brotherhood is going to endanger his work.. his friends.. his life until he relents I guess. Poor Artie.. someone always trying to use the warehouse against the warehouse and make his day miserable.

  8. IMO-

The ending is setting things up. The Brotherhood is the 'EVIL you will unleash." Someway- somehow, the Brotherhood has managed to get access to the Warehouse and it's artifacts. They want him to use the Astrolabe to turn things back, but Artie is refusing... therefore they are going to use the Warehouse against him, to try and force him to change things back. The gem is basically a Calling Card. Artie may not know it's the Brotherhood JUST yet, but he's figuring it out.

The marbles being sent to Hugo.... Hugo a former W13 agent, and a friend of the "W13 family," ..... Claudia will wind up getting the dagger from them too.... What better way to force Artie into using it- by hurting those he loves.... the W13 Family.

    As for the ep.....Soooo Awesome!

Was wonderful to see Pete n Myka switch partners for a change. They all have such a great chemistry - it doesn't matter which partner they team w.

Glad that Myka knows about Jinx and Claudia's connection. I'd hate for Jinx to carry that for too long by himself. Claudia is NOT going to deal w that kind of info very well. - and I can see that either 1) they will figure out a way to suspend or get rid of that or 2) Jinx will sacrifice himself to keep Claud safe.

Poor Artie..... damned if ya do and damned if ya don't.

    Loving the new season !!!!!!!!!!

  9. Seriously, they need to overhaul their security. It seems far too easy for people who do NOT work in/for the Warehouse to wreak havoc inside the warehouse.

The only issue I'm having is with Artie's storyline. Its difficult for me to consider that the state of the world, when Artie used the astrolabe, was better than it is with 'an unspeakable evil' out there somewhere. Maybe its because the world has LIVED with unspeakable evil...(at least 3 campaigns of genocide including the Nazi concentrations camps?)...it's SOP for us humans (sadly.) So I can't help but think that the Brotherhood's hardcore stance puts them on the side of the wrong. This has caused, for me, a wonderfully complex and layered setup is being watered down to Artie=good guy, Data=bad guy. Good guy wins so I'm less emotionally invested because Artie's gonna find a way to win.

Now, Claudia and Jinks...I'm quite curious about how that's going to play out.

Other than that really good episode.

Exactly! What was all that work Claudia was doing on the systems for if not to notice stuff like that. Sigh. It kicked me right out of the story.

As for the gem I took it to be the Brotherhood's calling card. Artie seemed to recognize it.
