  1. Okay part of me is disappointed with how they resolved some of things, but also happy that it has lasting consequences:

Allison is clearly not going to go back to being normal just-a-girl and I wonder how she will act when Scott encounters her next time..I honestly do not know how Allison will handle their next encounter. On one hand she is not becoming Faith any time soon right now and started to think more clearly, on the other hand, it certainly still won't be pretty.
I do wonder on how will she be once we meet her again. She realizes that the part that made Kate who she was is also in her, part of her and has to learn to deal with it and balance out who she was with what she has become. All that is dark, brutal and sadistic that the grief has brought out is a part of her and she has to learn to live with it. One is clear, if something EVER happens to Chris, all bets are off.

Allison just fascinates me so much right now.

Also I am calling it, Jackson is from Hale family - Derek had blue eyes in his wereform and so does Jackson. All we need is to see Peter's and it will be confirmed. Maybe he is Peter's son? that would explain why Peter would go out of his way to save him

Also when I think about it, this added a LOT of new questions:
    - Why did Gerard let Stiles go and not kill him or well, do anything to him? We see him beating him up and then BAM Stiles is okay in his house. WAT?
    - What IS Gerard now. What was he? He did seem to have reaction to mountain ash in the rave episode and was overjoyed by some sort of revelation there.
    - How is Erica? IMO boyd is most likely already dead since he is cast in OUAT, but erica must survive.
    - WHAT are the advisers (veterinarian and counselor)? What is their role in all of this.

Interested on the new villains. Why do I feel that they have some strong connection to Hale family? Laura's friends?

And we still do not know on what is coming that Advisors have mentioned as according to Jeff Davis next season will have three different badguy sides.

  2. Did you watch the after show? I don't think anyone knows what will happen next season.
Well the writers do. Great questions tho...

  4. typed up most of this while watching because I didn't want to spoil the ep, then discovered that the poll wasn't up yet (Thanks! DarkUFO)

    *********

Grandpa had BETTER die this episode because he is beating on Stiles and that is not allowed.

okay…biggest laugh of the ep so far…Peter and Derek at the computer.

I think I said at the beginning of the season that Gerard was going to force Daddy Argent to reassess what side he was on. And that he did.

You are a hero Stiles. You're always right there at Scott's back and you don't even have super powers to fall back on. That's hero territory.

Okay, the gun hasn't worked on the Kanima before…why are we wasting time firing shots off now?

This would be the perfect time to shoot your father in the head Chris. But…no.. sigh…

Yay Scott!!!!! You had a plan. (Was it your plan or the Doc's? )

Gerard's death was…well, he didn't suffer enough for my taste. :-)

Did not expect the blue eyes. Love the way they set the shot so Jackson could be nude and they keep with all the standards. :-) But blue eyes? What does that mean?

So, we've got the veterinarian coming out of retirement (and in black leather no less!), a missing Gerard, a pack of alpha's in town (what happened to Barbie Wolf and her trusty sidekick), Jackson is either a wolf or something new, and Scott needs to study. Some good set up for next season

Awesome finale. I wouldn't call it shocking. My mind wasn't reeling like it has on occasion this season. My worries about them doing 24 eps next season has lessened considerably. Really looking forward to season 3.

  5. My theory on why Gerard let Stiles go, based partially on what he said when he was talking to Lydia, was that he let Stiles go expecting him to run to Scott thereby getting Scott so riled up he'd hand Derek over.

I love your theory about Jackson being part of the Hale family.

  6. - Why did Gerard let Stiles go and not kill him or well, do anything to
him? We see him beating him up and then BAM Stiles is okay in his house.
    WAT?
~Stiles explained this in his rant. The beating wasn't to hurt Styles, it was to hurt Scott and remind Scott who was in charge and who he "worked" for. Gerard was hoping Stiles would run to Scott. I supposed what I like most was Stiles freaking out bc he was learning the difference between Sidekick and Pawn. I'm glad he worked it out though in the end.

The best part about the next season is this whole Alpha pack thing. We finally get to see the world from the Argents point of view that not every werewolf is an emo that just wants to be loved. Nothing against Derek or Scott but I've always considered Vampires evil and Werewolves cursed and the Werewolves could be good or bad while a good vampire, well that's just against nature. (thanks Twilight for F-ing that up for everyone)

Now we get to see the guys that let what happens when power corrupts.

I am hoping to get a lot more from the adults next season. We have Scott's mom knowing and therefor Peter being peter doesn't have to "hide" who he is and can toy with that for a while. Derek and Issack heck his whole pack need a supportive maternal figure. And lets not forget Stiles Dad doesn't know but Allison's dad does (potential bonding here) I don't need them to get together but I need to see something beyond the isolation of the teen world because that's always bugged me about some shows the vampire diaries being the biggest sinner.

Next we have Allison. She's twisted. So I was torn. you have a girl who is greiving, so sure maybe she reacted like a B. Yet, the enjoyment of torture crossed a line that grieving doesn't explain. A crazy aunt and a crazy mother actually do explain it though. maybe beyond the emotional blackmail of Grandpa there might be something that is actually inherited. What if there is a reason that the Argents are a blood line? Grandpa was willing to take a bite rather then die, yet Alison's mom killed herself? Wouldn't it be interesting if there was a curse (or explanation) for the Wolf Hate and why woman aren't just soldiers but leaders. Then I could forgive Alison for enjoying torture.

Otherwise I need to see Alison and Erica get something going on. Something that shows me remorse and willingness to put her hate aside.

I liked Issac more of his bonding with Scott. I also loved everything this season between Stiles and Derek - Hilarious.

Jackson, I'm torn on that issue because I wanted to see more of him being reveled. I understand the pop psych 101 about Adopted kids pushing away people they love because they are always afraid of abandonment issues. I also get that maybe the link wasn't about Jackson loving Lydia but Lydia unconditionally loving him. But I was still hoping that his name would come into play. Example: When he gave her the key and they were in bed together she whispers "I love you Jackson" but instead of Jackson she uses the name his parents gave him when he was born being different from the one he got when he was adopted. This would have done both the Unconditional love and acceptance followed up by the "Who am I" riddle that plagues who these Karamana are. (I know I totally misspelled that) . glad Jackson didn't die though.

  7. Boyd's actor was in the cast aftershow talking about season 3. I don't think he's dead, or if he is, TPTB haven't told the actor yet.

  8. I loved everything about it, tbh.

  9. Hopes for next season
    1. jackson and scott actually become friends
    2. jackson stops being a a-hole
    3. jackson/scott/derek become a pack
    4. allison is not in the season

  10. Didn't like the finale all that much. throughout the series Jackson has seen Lydia as nothing more than a piece of ass and now they expect us to believe her "love" is the only thing that saved him? yeah right, he dumped like a bag of bricks last season without even giving it a second thought. They should have just killed Jackson, hsi character is a glorified plot device and a boring one at that.

I'm liking the re-incarnated version of Uncle-Alpha, him and Derek are gonna be fun to watch next year. Don't know what to think of the Alpha pack, we'll see.

As for Allison/Scott, I give it a max of 5 episodes before they get back together. At least Xena-Allison is gone.

  11. I agree with you quite a lot about how Jackson has treated Lydia throughout the season but then I thought...how often was that Jackson speaking and how much was Matt just messing with people. The harshest scenes I can think of were when he verbally attacked Allison in the shower, and when they took Lydia to Scott's house (the ep where they discovered Jackson was the kanima) Jackson's skin was turning as he was berating her.

All that said... I completely agree with you about Lydia being in LUV with Jackson. I'm waiting on her to wake up and realize...Stiles is the long term guy for her.

  12. I also hope that they take advantage of all the interesting groundwork they laid for Jackson's character this season. The idea that he's a guy who had no identity (and that was the reason he became the kanima) and that he was aware that this guy he saw as a rival wanted to save him....can make for an interesting journey toward good guy next season. He really was quite despicable this season.

  13. Okay, first of all. I love Peter now... I hope he doesn't have a plan and turns out to be evil next season, I want him to remain with his nephew and be a good-ish guy.
Am I the only one who saw Teen Wolf's Peter Hale and thought of Supernatural's Lucifer? May be evil, may be serving their own selfish purposes, but still funny and enjoyable characters... =)
Am I the only one who thought it was awesome when Derek, Isaac, and Scott all joined together to fight the Kanima? They looked like a pack to me. Then Scott ruined it all by saying "You're not my Alpha" .... -.-
I don't want Isaac to leave Derek's pack.. He could use at least one friend... ='( I think he might stay, as he looked very keen on protecting his Alpha from the Kanima.[Until Allison sliced into him]
Why did Jackson have blue eyes? Is he Derek's younger cousin or something? (One of the human ones, as we've bben told Derek had both werewolf and human family members) Maybe his parents got attacked by Argents? Or is he something new?
I actually like Lydia and Jackson's relationship in season two. The only reason I actually want her to end up with Stiles is because Stiles wants her, and I like Stiles...
So excited about the Alpha pack... I want season 3 to be a bit more Derek-centered than the previous seasons. A good plot line would be that the Alphas want Derek to join them, to add to their power, and that they will try to coax(and later force) Derek to join their ranks. Derek, Peter, Isaac, Erica, Boyd, and Scott could all have to join into a massive pack to fight the Alpha pack off. (It'd be very cool to see all those characters working together.
