  1. Decent ep, but even though I normally like Annie going off book and being rogue at times, tonight's Annie was a little too annoyingly hard headed and a bit on the preachy side to care for. And how awful were the security agents from the state dept? You'd think that anyone from a hostile country would be far more closely followed.. lol I guess from the promo for next week's ep that Annie's rouge initiative will get her in big trouble....

  2. No, Annie never gets in trouble. She should get a transfer all right. A transfer to a desk translating e-mails for the next year. Come on. Running from the state department? They already saw you and they know who you are!!! Not to mention that the Yemeni have seen the "asset" with her being chased by the state department. How does he explain that? How does Annie create an international incident and get off scott free? Why didn't Arthur come after her for continue to go after an unapproved mission once she was compromised? Nope. everything opens up for Annie even locked doors on stairwells.

  3. Annie needs to learn that "mentor" and "boss" are different words, with radically different meanings.

  4. I so agree. Especially after last weeks ep! It would've made more sense if this one had happened before last week. Such a crazy situation - why had Annie been looking into this guy, anyway? She can't possibly be spending so much time randomly researching potential contacts. Points for passion and good intentions but the side gags were terrible.

Saving grace: Auggie. As always *sigh*

  6. It's reached a point where I only watch for Auggie scenes, and thankfully this episode had a few. Annie is incredibly annoying.

  7. This was the very first episode I didn't like. It failed to capture my full attention. I found myself fast forwarding even just to get to Auggie a little sooner.

  8. I feel that that's the flaw of the missions in this show in general, how they just pop up out of no where and Annie just conveniently is an expert on the cases when we never see her doing any investigations prior to it. Plus I didn't really see much of a point in obtaining the Yemeni asset.
