    Expected more from the season final. The only new thing we learned is that there are other time travellers. Ow and confirmation that Alec was the one who send them back, but that was quite obvious after the hundreds of hints they had given us.
    However, I do like the fact that that agent saw Kiera turn invisible. And also what kind of influence all those timetravellers have on this timeline (and how much they can really change the future).

    Yeah it was obvious that Alec was the one to send Kiera back in time. I guessed it from the pilot. I expected somewhere a twist, but didn't get one.. I'm really curious about Asher though, and I loved the exposure of Kiera during the explosion.

    I am guessing the kicker is that while we assumed that Alec sent her to retain the timeline and have the chain of events leading to that future, it might also be that he sent her as part of elaborate plan of changing it.

    All I can say or think is that episode hit all the right notes.

    - It set up plotlines for S2.
    - It introduced even more confusion into this time-travel conspiracy.
    - it managed to be utterly depressing(seriously the last scene where we find out that the scientist guy IS actually crazy and that there is no time machine just destroyed me emotionally).

    I kind of feel the same way. I guess "disappointed" isn't a good way to put it, because overall, it was on par with previous episodes. But yeah - I expected more. Kept waiting for the big twist, but all it was was the reveal that anyone paying attention already figured out. I do like how they set up season 2 though. I give this episode a 8/10 and the season a 9/10.

    Really good finale! Setup a heck of a lot for Season 2 such as Kiera's unknown protector, my guess is he is the guy that Kagame was talking to in the cell next to him at the start of the episode.

    Anyone know when we should hear about the renewal? I say 'The Renewal' as it is fairly obvious that it'll be renewed, being the network's HIGHEST rated scripted show and beating Lost Girl, I believe.

    They didn't try to hide Alec's involvement. The entire idea has been to make the viewer question the manner of his involvement.

    Can I say how excited I am for Lexa Doig's character Sonya to become leader of Liber8? She's a great actor who has portrayed a character that's both ruthless and sympathetic. It'll be fun to see Kiera match wits against Sonya in Season 2.
