  1. I had higher hopes for Animal Practice. Oh, well. I watched the Go On pilot and I agree with the writer that it should be a winner. I'm growing less and less interested in Revolution with everything I learn about it. I've watched shows with similar themes (Falling Skies, currently) and I'm quite saturated with the topic of evil beings running the show.

  2. I watched the preview for Animal practice the other night and deleted it from my record list for fall. Was not funny or interesting. I wish it luck it's going to need a lot of it.

  3. Revolution is about the only one that is sticking in my mind as a must see.

  4. Wow there might actually be some good shows coming our way! And i picked them,Vegas,Last Resort got a good nod,Revolution, The Following, even Elementary got a good write up! I might have myself a decent season and be able to replace the 6 shows i lost last season and the loss of Fringe this season.... I'm still not ready to cope w/o Fringe, what the hell are we going to do?

  5. Yeah,so sad about Animal Practice,it could have been good! Sorry to hear about Revolution for you,Chicago Fire doesn't sound promising either,..I'm sure a lot more will fall by the wayside.. ;)

  6. - It's nice to see that Elementary got an objective review that didn't bash it just because it isn't Sherlock.
    - They were a little too harsh on Animal Practice. I saw the pilot and I know it has plenty of problems but there's enough good there to build something decent. I say give it three or four episodes.
    - Yet another good review for Mob Doctor but that time slot is a killer.
    - FOX's new comedies seem just as unfunny here as they looked from the trailers.
    - I totally called 666 Park Avenue's "Devil's Advocate" similarities when watching the trailer back in May. It's the reason I have very little interest in the show. I did not like that movie at all.

  7. I saw Animal Practice and Go On. It thought both shows were about equally good, not great but good. Also I'm really looking forward to Nashville, 666 Parks Ave, Revolution, Vegas, The Mindy Project and Last Resort.

  9. I know! I thought Chicago Fire would be good, but the writer makes a point. It's all been done before.

  10. Its true, but then again that could be said with just about everything.Seems like everything is recycled lately.

  11. NBC... for my personal taste...NBC cannot do sitcoms. Though I'm willing to watch the pilot of The New Normal. Revolution is just not whetting my interest. I've seen the premise too many times before.

FOX...so happy The Following is as good as it looks. I've been intrigued by that show since I saw the first Kevin Bacon scene snippet. Nice also to see a good not for Mob Doctor. The lead looks good but it seemed it could lose steam quickly. I was bored by New Girl so the comparison doesn't help Ben and Kate.

CBS...Vegas...not really interested. Elementary...the sneak peek didn't make me want to take another look. I'll watch the pilot because I like Jonny Lee Miller but..eh. I saw an extended clip form Partners that made me laugh. (It was NOT the Heart On joke. :-) I want to see this pilot. Made in Jersey...trailer just struck me as shrill.

ABC...Andre Brower was the only reason I was going to check this out. Glad to see it appears to have the story to back it up. Nashville appeals to the soap fan in me.
