Person of Interest - Character Relationship Chart

Thanks to Jimmy from http://www.seriesmonitor.com/ for sending us the following.

"I started putting this together thinking it shouldn't take me too long, or be too difficult, but I was completely wrong!!

I went through and watched Season 1 again, this time taking notes. Then I put the notes into chart form to better understand how the characters know each other, and their interactions. I understood the storyline pretty well before I made this chart, but it is 10 times better now, so I thought you'd be interested in putting it on your site for your readers.

  5. This is really great!
One thing - I thought Reese didn't kill Jessica's husband, but just brought him to that prison he sent the POI's husband to as well? They just assumed he was murdered, but his body was never found. Or am I remembering wrong? :p

  7. I was pretty sure he was killed by Reese. It makes sense because otherwise FBI agent Donnolly wound't be after him - in connection with the murder of Jessica's husband (or better known as a real estate developer when his number came up)

  8. I think Jessica's husband is status unknown. I assumed Reese had killed him and then when I found out about the Mexican prison, I wondered if Reese had stashed him there. I don't think his body was found, but I don't have it on DVR to check. DVD's coming soon will pay attention.

  10. This is very cool. I can see why it took so long to make. I plan to check it out again right before the season 2 premiere.

  12. I heard the writers intend to leave it out in the open, so we'll never know for sure.

I think he probably did too, but the present day abusive guy he was after in the episode, I think he went to the jail.

  13. Yes the present day abusive guy went to jail - Reese took him there. But the reason Reese was so affected by that guy was because he did exactly what Arndt did to Jessica - which was abusing her, then killing her and covering it up. So I'm sure that Reese killed Arndt because he felt that strongly about the present day guy, but he knew he couldn't kill him so he took him to the Mexican prison

  14. I looked back, and it was indeed left ambiguous. When the prison called Carter at the end of the episode, Carter asked the guy if there were more Americans in there and he answered ''one or two''. That could be Jessica's husband, or possibly the guy from episode 4 (whose fate was left ambiguous as well) or both... Or neither. :p
