COME ON ALREADY, FOX. I need this movie so much!
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed!
ReplyDeleteyou better not fuck this up fox
ReplyDeletePlease,please,let it be!
ReplyDeleteI WANT TO BELIEVE
ReplyDeleteI guess it's time to start an online petition and take out an ad in Variety, to get things moving
ReplyDeleteplease, please! please let it happen!
ReplyDeleteI don't want it to be horrible like the second movie. They better have aliens and be reunited with their son.
ReplyDeleteomg that would be so awesome
ReplyDeleteI think FOX needs to reboot the series too while they're at it. With Fringe ending it would be the perfect time.
ReplyDeleteAwesome!
ReplyDeleteI want this so bad. It would so perfectly fit with the mythology to have the movie released this year
ReplyDeleteSo I guess they'll be focusing on the 2012 Alien Invasion. EXCITED
ReplyDeleteNO!!, No more rebooting old shows that have been done before.. BAD IDEA!!
ReplyDeleteFinished watched season 1 of The X-Files a couple of days ago. I can't believe I had never watched this show before! It's awesome...
ReplyDeleteIt was set for 2012.......wouldn't that be awesome!!!!
ReplyDeleteJust tell me where to sign the petition!!!!! (or deluge Fox w sunflower seeds!!)
I want to believe....... The truth is out there!
I mean with the same players no a next gen thing.
ReplyDeleteNot going to happen, it would be a terrible idea.. A movie is fine but rebooting the series is terrible, plus remember how crappy season 9 was??
ReplyDeleteYes please!
ReplyDeleteOh my you have some great tv ahead of you,how did you miss seeing this?
ReplyDeleteI don't know... I was just a couple of years old when this show started
ReplyDeleteairing and I remember hearing about it as a kid but never really thought
about watching it. I guess it's one of those gaps in knowledge that
they talk about on that episode of HIMYM :D
Recently, I read an article about the show or something and realized I
had never got around to watch this show. Plus, I am a fan of David
Duchovny from Californication, so I thought let me give this show a shot
(despite knowing that if I like it, I will have a massive commitment of
watching about a couple of hundred episodes or so). And believe it or
not, I had no idea the show was about aliens when I watched the pilot
episode. I had absolutely no idea what it was about except that it was
about investigating some supernatural stuff. :D Which was sort of good I
guess because I was able to experience the show like any viewer would
have when it started airing. I am trying hard ever since to avoid
spoilers but itching to discuss the show with other fans.
I had forgotten how long ago it was when the X-Files first started. When i think of it i just remember how good it was but not the year.Well, you know the saying "Better late than never" this time i would have to agree with them..
ReplyDeleteI hope the second season has more alien/conspiracy episodes, the first one had just three or four.
ReplyDeleteI think Fringe is sort of similar to The X-Files (the hand print you see in the opening of Fringe, I wonder if it's a reference to the one you see on the opening of The X-Files), the difference being Fringe takes a much more scientific approach to unfolding the story while X-Files takes a more investigative approach.
I read somewhere that Vince Gilligan has written some episodes of X-Fiels starting with the second season. Can't wait to watch his episodes.
Yes,you'll find much more alien/conspiracy stories don't worry your just getting started..I don't want to say too much since you don't want spoilers.
ReplyDeleteWhat i will say is The X-Files is not like Fringe in the sense with Fringe you have a much deeper story with a lot of theories and interpretations .With TXFs its more straight forward, theories although they exist is not really needed..you'll see it more once you get into S2 and 3....and beyond,ha! :)
Woohoo! :))
ReplyDeleteX Files the best series ever, i want to believe so i hope you don't screw this FOX...
ReplyDeleteThey aren't filming yet, just discussing, right? I'd be interested in another X-Files movie too. However, preferably better than their last one, which felt like a tv movie. Once they start filming, I agree that they should continue their alien invasion arc, but then they'll just have to set it in 2012, since it'll likely be released 1-2 years later. Rushed movie-making almost always makes bad movies.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Time to wrap up the story for fans' sake. I'd prefer Fox gets this going before we get a geriatric version of Mulder & Scully, or just as bad/worse yet, a young next gen version. I want the original agents finishing out this story arc. That's not too much to ask, right? ;)
ReplyDeleteYeah, nothing solid on prepping, etc. I think too, it would be odd, if they talk about an Invasion in 2012 when the movie is released in 2014. So maybe they should rush but be good . Rush good. The opposite of Rush Limbaugh.
