... well, sort of :
Sacha Baron Cohen is reportedly working on a James Bond spoof.
According to Variety, the untitled pitch has been sold to Paramount, and centres on a Bond-like spy who is forced to go on the run with his brother, a moronic football hooligan.
Baron Cohen developed and sold the pitch alongside Cedar Rapids screenwriter Phil Johnston, and the pair will now co-write the script.
The central spy will not be overtly referred to as James Bond, owing to rights issues, but he will apparently "bear a resemblance" to the iconic spy.
Sacha Baron Cohen's previous films (that he wrote and starred in) include Ali G Indahouse, Borat : Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, Brüno and The Dictator. He also co-starred on Talledega Nights, Sweeney Todd, Hugo and the upcoming Les Misérables.
