Hawaii Five-0 - Season 3 - T.I. to guest star

The Grammy nominated rapper — who currently recurs on Starz’s Boss — will guest-star in an October episode of the CBS cop drama, TVLine has learned exclusively.

He’ll appear via a series of flashbacks as a member of a crime syndicate investigated by a Jersey-based Danny (Scott Caan) and his partner back in 2001. The fallout from the case is said to have had a huge impact on Danno’s life.

    I know, right? First a Kardashian and now this. H50 is the #1 show in its time period so they don't have to pull stuff like this but they do it anyway. I don't get it.

    It's called promoting the show and bringing in more fans. All the shows do this. A lot of people were complaining last season that CBS did not promote the show as well, and now people are complaining because they are bringing in known actors and/or faces that people know to promote the show. Do I agree with all of them? No, but you can't please us all every time. Give them a chance, its sounds like a great season. You can always turn the channel.
    Happy birthday Scott and Alex, and congratulations Alex and Malia on expecting a baby. Can't wait for the new season.

    People complain about a lot of shows,bringing in known actors is fine as long as they can act.And no, one cannot please everyone that goes with the territory.

    Thanks Diane I agree with what you said.

    The crew of Five-0 gets tons of calls from agents wanting their employees on the show all the time. Because it's popular due to the older version they have a long list dating back from S1 of people wanting to join they are trying hard to get as many people on there it's not stunt casting at all.

    Even not to forget crappy Modern Family. The show is popular due to stunt casting as well the same with Glee. Five-0 has nothing like that

    the guy who kidnapped Grace was Danny's training partner, but that doesn't mean that couldn't have worked a case and made some enemies from that case
