Thanks to SchrutedIt for the heads up.

NBC's Hannibal has set the stage for a Wonderfalls reunion, tapping star Caroline Dhavernas as a series regular and adding L.A. Complex's Aaron Abrams for a recurring role.

Dhavernas will board the series as Dr. Alana Bloom, a psychology professor at the University of Chicago who also works as a consultant profiler for the FBI, while Abrams will play Brian Zeller, one of three crime scene investigators working with the agency.

  1. I don't really know either of these actor and actress, but looking them up, they look like good fits for the role. It's taking me a bit to get myself on board with this series, but I love the novels and the films so much, that it would be shame to not give the tv series a chance. I guess I just wish it was on a cable network.

  2. Even though I like Caroline Dhavernas, I still don't think it's enough for me to check Hannibal out.

  3. I was kinda hoping for an older Dr. Bloom, kind of a 'mentor figure' for Graham. I haven't seen the actress in anything, so I hope she's good. I'm also wondering if in this show Graham will be married/will meet Molly?

  4. The cast for this show keeps on impressing me, so happy to see Caroline Dhavernas back on our screens! Wonderfalls may actually be my favourite of the Fuller shows. I will admit when I first heard about this reboot I was unsure but I am gaining faith now.
