I'm more excited for this season of Dexter than I expected I could be after last season.

ReplyDeleteFeels like everything’s coming to an end. How are they even going to justify the existence of an eighth season?
ReplyDeleteI'm fairly sure season eight is supposed to be the last. If this season if about everything coming apart then the last season will be the fallout. Here's hoping it is going to be as good as it looks.

ReplyDeleteI'm seeing what looks to be a lot of deceptive editing but it looks damn good nonetheless. I wonder how long it will take Deb to accept who Dexter is or if she'll ever really be able to at all?
ReplyDeleteI just got tons of chills! Looks so damn good and I'm glad it looks like Deb won't let what she saw go lightly. Bring on the tension!
ReplyDeleteI remember reading somewhere that the writers had plans to try and cram everything into one final season but Showtime wanted 2 more seasons out of Dexter so they're going to flesh out the crammed story into 2 seasons. Hopefully it was the right call.
ReplyDeleteIntense! Tension throughout so im excited to see the limits Dex and Deb will be pushed towards in this season. I hope they stick with this type of direction throughout the season. I cant wait!

ReplyDeleteIn 49, I also see a handgun. To the let of the handgun, could that be a police badge? And possible a hand on the chair to the left of all that.
It looks like a bull mask to me (note the nose and the ring through the nose), which would suggest a Minotaur IMO.
ReplyDeleteYeah. I also thought maybe the ring around his lip may represent Ouroboros. It's driving me nuts because I swear I saw some film once where there was a guy who looked very similar and he was possibly a serial killer fighting on behalf of something demonic and/or relating to Medieval or Roman culture, but for the life of me, I think I must have dreamed it, because I can't find what I am thinking of anywhere! :D
