90210 - Season 5 - Casting News - Carmen Electra to gets recurring role

Not that 90210 needed any more sexy people as the cast takes care of that themselves quite adequately, but the directors have ensured that the show’s new season is going to be almost too hot to handle now. We already know that Ryan Lochte‘s filmed a guest role for the show, but now his celebrity crush is also making an appearance. We’re talking about Carmen Electra! She’s signed up for a recurring spot on the series and will be playing a character called Vesta, who will pop up on 90210’s 100th episode. Apparently, Electra’s role is said to be a cross between Dita Von Teese and a Pussycat Doll so you know it’s going to be steam overload. With a nod to Carmen’s dance roots, “Vesta” owns her own contemporary burlesque troupe, and who ropes in Jessica Stroup‘s character, Silver, and gets her to do all sorts of naughty things. Will it be overkill, or exciting? We’ll just have to wait and see.
