Sarah Jones, who starred in Fox's short-lived sci-fi drama Alcatraz, is joining CBS' Vegas as a new series regular, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
Vegas, starring Dennis Quaid and Michael Chiklis, is inspired by the true story of Las Vegas Sheriff Ralph Lamb (Quaid), a rancher who goes up against a powerful gangster (Chiklis) to help bring order to 1960s Sin City.
As first reported by Deadline, Jones will play the smart and beautiful daughter of a Chicago heavy hitter who works in the casino. She and Chiklis' character will work together to figure out ways to get the cash back to Chicago.

Next reason to watch the show.
ReplyDeleteSigh, I wan't going to watch this. But with Chiklis and Jones in it... I may just have to. :P
ReplyDeleteI really like the cast, but this isn't the type of show that I gravitate to, but I might check out the pilot at least
ReplyDeleteI really liked Sarah Jones on Alcatraz, although it took a while for me to warm up to her, and even though I'm glad she got another regular gig I wish she would have landed on a show I plan to watch.
