Wow, I had a feeling that Chanceller Drew( The little kid), was going to be killed off. I never imagined in that way, I loved the first scene with Christopher Meloni shirtless lying in bed, the man is beyond hot,,,
Pretty good ep. I am still a bit confused about how/if Nora is mixed up with the Sanguinistas and if they were trying to recruit Bill/Eric as they don't seem to agree with their agenda - Pam maybe... lol I liked the Eric/Pam and Bill/Jessica scenes. I'm still on the fence with the Terry/Patrick storyline as to if it's really necessary, I guess we'll see. Meloni has been absolutely great as the Guardian, and the true death scene was awesome. I figured that the kid would be someone that I might dislike given the company that he was in, (Barb/Onemeus/Allistair lol) just didn't figure that it would be so soon.
This was a really low key ep. A lot of chess pieces still being moved into place. It was interesting seeing what got Terry so messed up. Still waiting to get a handle on what Sookie's story is this season.
So, you're a bunch of refuge faires hiding to stay alive...how do you spend your day....you run the Moulin Rouge and bring in humans to party...Eh. I like it. :-)
I'm warming up to the Vampire Authority story. Still not fond of the vampire bible element...it's the need to tie the vampire belief system to Christianity. I would have preferred, at this point at least, if they'd some up with something more unique. Otherwise I'm enjoying this season better than last.
..It was a very emotional episode and sexy all the dance scene in the fairy bar . WOOOW...but ..the BEST..scene ,death of the child counselor .that annoying brat.it was spoiled he deserve it //// ADVICE ( DONT TURN CHILDREN IN POSITION OF AUTHORITY )
I loved the scenes between Pam and Eric! And this week Tara was a lot less annoying. The Authority Kid was beyond irritating and it was becoming painful watching him trying to act so i'm glad he's gone. Sookie and Alcide was better than i thought it would be. Nora's growing on me, hopefully she'll stick around. And I'm really curious to know who helped Russel...

..perfectly reasonable when a child is bite there body don’t grow but there age mind continue in the last scene roman had his reason to kill him all video viral thing.
I really liked this episode. The scenes with Pam and Eric were excellent. I love that we are seeing so many sides of Pam this season, she is truely a brilliant character. Jessica came in handy and Sookie and alcide wasn´t bad at all. Still don´t care for Tara, but at least we don´t see her as much. Her scenes were with Pam this episode and as I love Pam, I can´t critize.
This episode actually kept my attention from beginning to end. I loved all the stuff between Pam and Eric, and I think even I shed a (not-so-bloody) tear when he released her from her bond to him. I know we're only four episodes in, but I've absolutely loved Pam from week to week. She's always been a favorite of mine, but this season really clinches it. I also felt strangely vindicated when the little boy met the True Death. I knew from the start I wasn't going to like him, and it felt good to see him explode.
All around, I thought it was a pretty great episode... now the only thing that would make it better is some Russell Edgington :)
Really a boring episode for me. These last two have just moved really slow. I'm hoping Russell will appear in the next episode and speed things up a bit. Maybe we can get Russell to rekill Tara. jk. I just hope the next episode has more action in it.
Unless the writers put out an episode that features all the hot men on True Blood shirtless, I doubt that will happen. Like you want to see Eric shirtless in every episode, I would love to see Meloni like that as well..
Loved loved this episode thought everything fitted in nicely ,the fairy's,tara and Pam ,roman etc...,Eric and Bill,Jason and Andy , Aliced and sookie ,loved Pam and Eric ,i was crying but he didnt do it to be nasty ,but when they have a sad scene together they steal the show ...but this has got to be the best scene out of all the season apart from season 2 when Gordic dies CLASSIC!.... Like Jason and Jessica together as just friends cause if they rush it like Hoyt and Jessica then it would just repeat history .....Cannot wait till they bring Russel into it :) 10/10 i dont know why people hated or just thought meh...lol i loved it but everybody is different.
- This is the second week in a row that I thoroughly enjoyed what they did with Jessica. Her scene with Bill and her scene at the police station were both quite good. Things are looking up in this department. - I keep trying to like the new Tara but it becomes more difficult each week. If it wasn't for her conversations with Pam and Bill her presence would have given me a headache. - Terry's storyline is boring the hell out of me. - I'm not really digging the Lafayette/Brujo subplot... yet. It could get better. We'll see. - Fairies. F*ckin' fairies. I'm still waiting for True Blood to do something interesting with them but it isn't happening yet. - The shifter murder mystery has potential. I look forward to seeing where that goes. - The Pam / Eric stuff was great. Now that Pam has been released, I look forward to seeing what Pam has in store for Sookie. I love their scenes together. - Drunk Sookie was fun but it was all fairly predictable. - The kid vampire is dead. Yay!
All in all, this was a passable episode but the show really needs Russell to liven things up.
I still don't get why Eric is just listening to the vampire authority even though he could have had Roman (Meloni) meet the true death at his hands within seconds! Roman is only supposed to be 500 years old, which makes Eric more than twice his age! Why is he afraid???

ReplyDeleteWell, you got your shirtless Chris Meloni, I'm still waiting for my shirtless Eric, *sigh*
ReplyDeleteWasn't Eric shirtless in the last episode?

ReplyDeletehe was...unless the discussion of him being efficiently killed with the iPhone app dampened the joy. :-)

The actor that played him, said that he's an old man in a kid's body. He did do something that made Roman kill him, not because he was irritating.
ReplyDeleteI need him shirtless in every episode
ReplyDeleteNo, nothing can dampen my joy when Eric is shirtless

ReplyDeleteThis episode wasn't so slow, I don't think Russell will do anything with Tara. I do think he will kill Roman
ReplyDeleteRoman never gave him a chance to explain, he should have that's the point. If he did perhaps he wouldn't have been staked.
ReplyDeleteThe seasons's nowhere over, I'm sure there will be plenty of shirtless Eric scenes.
ReplyDeleteUnless the writers put out an episode that features all the hot men on True Blood shirtless, I doubt that will happen. Like you want to see Eric shirtless in every episode, I would love to see Meloni like that as well..

ReplyDeleteA episode of two halves really, the maker stuff between Eric/Pam, Pam/Tara and Bill/Jessica was really lovely and worked very well.
ReplyDeleteThen we got pointless shit like Andy and Jason and I quite liked drunk Sookie until she got it on with Alcide how predictable.
Does anyone think that Russell is in the basement at the Vampire Authority but no one knows it's actually him
ReplyDeleteNot bad.
