    Actually what she wrote was: "This has been uploaded by a fan for fans." She uploaded the video, but she didn't make it as a fan video. She puts that note in every video she uploads, which is mostly interviews, trailers and such. Actually in her LJ acount dedicated to Merlin, she said that she recorded this from BBC One. The trailer aired like 3 or 4 times during the day for what I've read.
    The footage is all from S5, the only place a S5 trailer was shown was in Comic Con, and there's no clear footage from that to make a fan video like this trailer.

    Wow, everything I have seen and heard so far about season 5 is fab. More mature, darker, more ambitious..... excellent! I just wish they would make up their mind what's going to happen after season 5. I would still be in favour of finishing the TV series with season 5, but then continue with movies after that.
