    Ah so Cas is only in flashbacks so far, as far as I know the episodes arent flashback heavy as the Winchesters are still on hunts during the episodes too so it seems its going to be lots of small appearances through the season for Cas and Amelia.

    I sometimes feel that they really wasted Castiel's character this season, that is probably the only problem I have with season 7.
