Castle - Season 5 - Chad Lindberg to guest star

Chad Lindberg has booked a guest spot on the second episode of the ABC drama's upcoming fifth season, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively. Lindberg will play Marco Massetti, a career criminal who runs afoul of Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) after they discover their murder victim may have been involved with one of Massetti's jobs.

    Every other season when they announced a guest or recurring role for a male character I'd think "Great, another guy to get between Castle and Beckett" but not this time!

    Yeah. His name was Chad Everett (I think. My mind is drawing a blank and I'm too lazy and tired to search the TVGuide.com pages of articles) and as it turns out, he was on Castle too, as present-day Joe/Jerry in "The Blue Butterfly" :)
