So will Booth and Brennan survive this bump in the road? Nathan weighs in on that, new relationships for Cam (Tamara Taylor) and Sweets (John Francis Daley), and just how long Pelant will taunt the team. Plus: Will there be any new faces this season?

I'm just glad we get an entire season where the scheduling won't be screwed up this year.
ReplyDeletebooth will be ..OK..furious..is a normal reaction..Brennan and the baby will be fine his dad will taker care until the pelant situation get resolve.
ReplyDeleteI haven't liked the new big bad and the issues with computers in reality kinda drives me bonkers so I hope he doesn't last. I couldn't get through the last episode because in order for the big bad to look smart, the characters had to act like idiots — especially Angela and Booth.
ReplyDeleteI understand Booth's feelings, and oh well,i'm very excited for the new season.
ReplyDeleteSo yay Sept,17th great news!!! I don't mind the story with Pelant,i hope they weave that part of the story throughout the season..I hope they bring back David ALan Grier,he was fabulous the last time,i wish he had a recurring roll...anyway..
ReplyDeleteI wish they would bring back Zack,i think this is a way in for them.unless of course Hanson was full of it when he said they would love to have him back..
Poor Booth being so conflicted! But at least he knows she didn't have another choice.I hope they don't drag that out too long,Booth knows that is what she had to do in order to him clean...
So excited for this season to begin!
He has to be one of the worst villains in the history of procedural crime shows. There's so much hand-wavy nonsense that it doesn't even work in the Bones universe.
ReplyDeleteOf course he's furious! She just took off without saying anything, and took THEIR BABY with her... still, I don't think it's something they can't work through. And I'm not fed up with the Pelant story yet, but I think I could grow weary of it really fast... so I hope they don't try to drag it out forever.
ReplyDeleteYou're right in your last point - I hate when shows make a villain look smart at the expense of the established characters. Sure, it's one thing to outsmart the protagonists... but don't make them look stupid.
ReplyDeleteI miss Zack like I'd miss a limb. I've enjoyed the squintern rotation for the most part (R.I.P Vincent Nigel-Murray), but I'd love to see Zack on the show again.
ReplyDeleteMe too! With him leaving the only other person who was great as being a squint was Vincent Nigel Murray! I miss him so much,i can't begin to tell you the shock and sadness i felt when he was shot! Him they can't bring back but they can with Zack,if he doesn't have another job? Honestly i don't think they will...
ReplyDeleteI miss Zack too! But I actually haven't enjoyed the squintern rotation (I especially dislike Daisy). Vincent was cool and I actually love Colin (pre- padded wall stay) but everyone else has been underwhelming. King of the Lab experiments aren't nearly as fun anymore.
ReplyDeleteDaisy won't be in it too much,Sweets is meeting a new lady this season, thank god! Colin is hysterical always depressed yet always with the ladies! And those words "King of the lab" classic Hodgins and Zack,it never could mean the same, and didn't. All this is making me go and watch S1 & S2 this weekend.....
ReplyDeleteI really hope they do bring DAG back. Bunsen Jude the Science Dude was "Amazing!" :)
ReplyDeletethis will always the one show I watch until it goes off. of course every show is going to have it's ups and downs, but i can deal with that. i watch for booth and bones no matter what capacity their relationship is.
ReplyDeletei really do hope they bring back zack. this is the perfect time for him to make an appearance.
