The 8th season of "The Office" has been officially announced for DVD and Blu-Ray release on September 4, 2012. The DVD, consisting of 5 discs, is priced at $49.98, while the Blu-Ray, consisting of 5 discs as well, is priced at $59.98. A noterable thing to remember is that the BD copy is a Combo-Pack featuring the Blu-Ray versions of the episodes, the regular DVD version (on the back side of the BDs, actually), and UltraViolet digital downloads of all the 8th season episodes.
