British actress Lara Pulver (MI-5) has been added as a series regular to another new drama series, Starz’s Da Vinci’s Demons. Written by David S. Goyer, Da Vinci’s Demons is a historical fantasy, following the “untold” story of the world’s greatest genius Leonardo da Vinci (Tom Riley) during his turbulent youth in Renaissance Florence. Pulver will play famed enchantress and political machinator Clarice Orsini, aristocratic wife of Florentine ruler Lorenzo Medici.

    Every time i watch something about that period, the borgias included, I'm waiting for someone to call out: assassino!! 
    Too many hours playing assassin's creed i think.. :)
    But i will check it out, i like this era anyway!!

    I was definitely on the fence about checking out this series but, with Pulver in tow, I may check it out after all.  Starz' original programming (Magic City, Boss, Torchwood: Miracle Day) hasn't been impressing me at all and with every new show I get less and less motivated to give their programs a shot.
