TVLine has learned that Lynch’s costars, Nicholas Bishop and Sonja Sohn, also won’t be returning for the ABC procedural’s upcoming third season.

    looks like either it's gonna be Dana D. solo or they're considering recasting.. I wonder how are they gonna explain those departures when the show comes back???

    This is interesting, especially when Deadline reported that BOP had a really good chance at a back 9 order because of a California tax break the show was receiving.

    Ok so obviously Peter will die b/c of his injuries...But why are we getting rid of the other detectives.  I guess theyll focus more on the cases and dead people.  Though i dont understand how u can have a medical examiner office w/o some connection with detectives.

    I don't get why ABC renewed the show if they were just going to "fire" all these actors. The cast was perfect the way it was and you can tell the cast/crew is upset. Sometimes I wonder if ABC actually knows what it's doing.

    I don't think ABC knew they were letting all three of them go. If ABC knew they would, the show would not be renewed.

    That's a huge shakeup for this show! I stopped watching Harry's Law last year due to all of the cast changes and change of direction, and I don't see myself (or my husband) watching Body of Proof after this either. Quite frankly if Delaney left I would have been a lot more likely to continue watching. Now... if they bring in Luke Perry to continue with his character - maybe, just maybe, I'll tune in to see what they're going to do. Perhaps cancelling it would have been a better way to go.
