The 2nd season of "Boardwalk Empire" has been officially announced for DVD and Blu-Ray release on August 28, 2012. The DVD is priced at $59.99, consists of 5 discs with all season 2 episodes, in addition to these bonus features:

- Living 1921 - Featurette
- Interviews with Cast and Crew
- Audio Commentaries

The Blu-Ray version is a combo-pack consisting of 7 discs with the Blu-Ray, DVD and UltraViolet digital download versions of each episode. All this for $79.98. (Do note that UltraViolet is US-only and that Canadian buyers will only get a regular Digital version.)
