The House and Wilson road trip was fun as expected, liked the case, and Chase leaving to lead his own team is a great way to end his story on the show. All around very good episode.
Such a great episode, except for the depressing turn of events at the end, it's sad that Chase left the team but a great way for him to exit the series, I hope he at least makes an appearance in the finale, unfortunately it will probably be at Wilson's funeral.
wow cant belive then ending.. i mad that chase quit... and the fact another cliffhanger..... i think wilson is dying.. because 13 is back next episode.... and i think that cameron will make her cameo at wilsons funeral, along with masters.. also i think wilson will see kutner before he dies as a halusination
I was wondering how they would work Kuttner back into the program. Interesting theory. I might be inclined to think House sees Kuttner since he was obsessing with his theory of murder. I read that Cameron has red hair now. That'll be interesting. Masters....is like the stomach flu. Someone just needs to hit her over the head with a guitar.
I was hoping 13 was coming back so House can fulfill his promise of killing her, I just never liked this character. Wilson's gonna die, so sad from the look at the end the tumors grown. I am still grieving the Cuddy thing I wish they could have worked that out, the romantic in me says they couldnt have loved each other for so long and that be the end.
As great as sad. I noticed Peter Weller directed. I don't have the feeling there was a lot of teasing around that fact. I don't know if James will die, but if he does, he will die poor with all the money he's spent ! It's the second time the team works alone, showing things could change, and the world could live without Greg. What I'm sure of is that it will be hard for me.
I'm very much in the dark about this.I never even considered flashbacks. I did read that Cameron has red hair now and people were wondering how that would work for the cameo. It makes more sense to me now with Chase being gone. They won't have that dynamic to worry about. (Unless I'm wrong and he's in that episode)
Road Trip was fun, then again it always is when they decided to go on one!
I'm happy Chase is getting his own group, about time to spread your wings, you learned from a brilliant doctor now its time for you to teach the youngens!
Can't wait to see Kuttner, and 13 wow, shes a blonde again.
I hope Wilson makes it,i just love his character and it will kill me if he dies..... :(
I like friendship House/Wilson, i like the both! God, i don't like the fate of Wilson. I'm sure that he will die. Good luck to Chase! Awesome episode, so symbolic!
I can not stress how awesomelly brilliant and fantastic this episode was!!!!!!!!!
Jesse has been stellar since day one, but I love when they give him challenging material. And this season they've gone way and beyond in that department and he's been even better than his usual FANTASTIC self. People go on and on about SPL deserving an supporting actor Emmy for his performace as Wilson (and I agree he's totally deserving) but I'll easily add Jesse Spencer in the race too. Great story for Chase. And a brilliant exit, from the team. Even House couldn't find a good reason/excuse/threat to keep him around, because even he knows there's nothing more for Chase there. I hope we'll see Jesse/Chase again in the last two episodes, but honestly if we don't I'll be fine by it.
The road trip was amazing! Everything that happened, the way it went down, how Wilson was reacting, the whole thing was absolutelly 100% engaging and fun and bittersweet. And the epilogue scene t the road trip with Jame breaking down and Greg's "I can live without Kyle" speach wrapped it up perfectly. No matter what the outcome would be - and yes it was the bad news and that sucks - but still no matter what that scan showed everybody (ie Wilson, House and the audience) knew exactly what these two mean to eachother. As I said: Amazing.
Sidenotes: - The case was quite interesting (and Robert kicked ass.... I was "Chandler Bing Vicrtory" dancing) - The doctor dude wouldn't have made it with House. I'm certain of it! - YAY for old team shout outs! - Favourite roadtrip bits: diner scene, funeral, Belated wallet hiding 101, busride home.
Jeez I'm going to miss this show. Best House episode this season, Chase got the perfect ending for his character. Fitting final moment with both Foreman and House.
RSL was exceptional. Wilson is getting some great story lines, and he's knocking it out of the park. What better way for House to change than the one rock in his life being shaken up.
Another good episode. It wasn't quite as good as last week but good nonetheless. House is really having a solid finish. - Great road trip. When Wilson suggested it I figured right then he was a dead man. - Congratulations to Chase. After all these years he finally decided to do something with himself. He should make sure to tell his next employer to keep him away from strawberry body glitter and sexy nuns. - Nice to see Foreman pop up in the episode. His promotion has made him almost invisible on this show.
We're in the home stretch. Bring on the nostalgic cameos and guest appearances.
Great episode because the B Plot was all about House/Wilson. Loved the road trip.Love the H/W bus scene, the BIG ONE, and Wilson exiting the motel room with his hair sticking out of his bald cap, House given him instructions on hooker protocol for preventing theft. Just awesome. The absolute worst part was the ending when House stops mid-sentence to stare at the bad news scan and Wilson calling House's name but House doesn't answer and we Wilson's face. He knows. That scene made me cry.

ReplyDeleteAs great as sad.

The face at the end of the House means to me, that Wilson is primed by the tumor grew or the tumor Wilson disappeared and it healed, "miracle".
