Well, Nate put his foot in it again. Way to go. I suppose it worked out in the end, though. I loved all of the Bart/Chuck stuff. I wasn't sure about how I felt about his return, but I've definitely enjoyed it so far. All Chuck ever really wanted was for his father to be proud of the man he was trying to be, and they had some nice moments.
I laughed so hard when Serena showed up to Dan's interview as "Blair" with a headband on... it probably wasn't as funny as I made it, but I enjoyed it immensely. She was a pretty decent copy of the old Blair, honestly. I enjoyed their scene together toward the end of the episode - the show's been severely lacking in that department lately, which is understandable with the way Serena's been acting the second half of the season, but still. It was nice... until the end of the episode... yikes.
My favorite line of the episode may have been "Do you think this is the first time I've entrapped someone with prostitutes?" Somehow I don't doubt that it's a pretty regular page out of Blair's blackmail handbook hahaha.. overall it wasn't the greatest episode the show has ever aired, but I think we got some good character stuff.
im sortry but i have to disagree with you the show has gotten better and more like the real GG since 5X22 and this sint about shiping wars as the reason its cause we've got the schemeing blair back, the NJBC good twist that can shock us now the show was terrible from 5X15-5X21 the show is about scheming scandals, plotting and thats the GG we have now so stop making your reviews based off shipping wars cause your a dair fan and more about what Gossip Girl truly is
wow there's a whole three spelling mistakes and a few grammar mistakes how about you get off of your dair high horse and take a look at the actual facts? p.s. what the hell is a 'chairstan'
LMFAO at people calling NBJC "the real Gossip Girl" Safran himself said with Dan, Blair dates a friend for the first time, that proves how much NBJC is a joke.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
worst episode yet tbh. such a fucking bore.
ReplyDeleteamazing we finally have the real gossip girl back love the Bart/Chuck stuff
