  9.  Nah, I don't want one. I'm perfectly happy with what we've got, the imagination is much more powerful anyway =)

  11. They seem to be making Ryan into Castle's protoge, while Esposito is a clone of Beckett.  In the finale, Beckett and Espo are ready to blindly run out into a dangerous situation with a "Damn the torpedos, full steam ahead" motif.  Ryan and Castle are the voices of reason.  Both are ignored but ultimately vindicated when everything they feared, actually happens.  Check out the look on Ryan's face when he asks "Where's Castle" and Beckett replies "He's off the team".  Ryan realizes that Castle doesn't agree with Beckett's direction either and calls Castle as soon as they leave, presumably to seek his counsel (unfortunately Castle thinks its Beckett calling and doesn't answer).

  13. I loved the inclusion of Derrick Storm. Since Richard Castle  A Gathering Storm E book is now on sale. It is the first part of a longer novel. It is separated into 3 parts one was delivered on May 1st, the second on July 3rd, and the last is on August 7th. It is quite a good read!

  14.  Sure ;) But seiously. The scene we've got was just perfect and now adding stuff afterwards just seems wrong to me. I won't mind though if they show a bit more on screen when we are further into the relationship, like they did with Meredith for example. But like I've said, not too much and definitly not too often. Less is often more ;)

  15.  I'm not sure he really thinks it's Beckett calling. I guess at that point he just doesn't want to have to do anything with her and her life, including the 12th.

  16. Kevin's too cute!!! And also to think that 5 years ago he didn't even know who Derek Storm was....

  17. I really LOVED this scene. It was funny to see hou seriouy Ryan was about Castle's fictional character and also to see Beckett's subtle reaction when Castle said he had magical, godlike powers. Hahaha, I have to laugh just by remembering Nathans delivery of that line.

This scene was a very nice way to show once again how Beckett realizes that Castle brings a certain lightheartedness to their day-to-day necessity to face such heavy situations.

  18. Oh my gosh, I enjoyed this so much hahaha...  I love Ryan.

  19. I adore this.  Magical, god-like powers, eh Castle?  Beckett's about to find out.

And Ryan!  That whole exchange was priceless.  I guess the episode was already too packed to include this, but I'm so glad they let us enjoy it anyhow, after-the-fact.  I'm definitely considering this canon.  :)

  21. That was a good scene.  They should have left it in.  I don't think the episode ran long anyway.
