    David is a troll by definition! The cliffhanger may be about Booth but no way he's leaving the show. Both David and Emily already signed up for an 8th season.

     I agree--at least to some extent. DB likes to tease in his tweets. Also he's in at least one of the bonus episodes about a vet he relates to, so he can't be leaving. I wonder if Bones will run off and hide Christine with Max's help to keep her safe from Pellant, and keep Booth out of the loop so he doesn't get arrested as an accessory assisting in her flight. She's a nursing mother, so I can't see her willing to be separated from Christine in jail.

    David is just teasing I am sure, I hate to admit I was concerned as well for a while, at least until I read an interview with Hart Hanson and Stephen Nathan a couple of days ago where they are discussing their plans for Bones AND BOOTH for next season. So obviously if they are discussing plans for the characters for season eight that includes Booth, then he can't be leaving. It is a very good strategy to get people worked up and tuning in for the finale. I've seen several comments by people who don't watch the show who said they will be watching next week just too see if he is leaving or not.

    David isn't going anywhere,he signed the contract awhile ago,everyone knows he likes to tease and cause a buzz by tweeting just about everything he likes and  he was just at the wrap party along with the NHL award,so people chill out about it..

    I like the cliffhanger they are going to leave us with at least we know where they will pick up next season,or where they need to go....Now all i want to know is when do they plan on showing the 4 extra episodes?

    I don't know. Before the promo, I was sure that this is what's gonna happen: Brennan running away with Christine and her dad to stay safe and somehow, Booth would be left out. But now, it seems like there's a whole lot more going on. Pelant is after both Brennan and Christine and Booth gets fired. If she had to run away, why wouldn't he come with her? I'm confused... And excited!

     Yeah, that's what I've been wondering. It kinda wouldn't make sense to show them in the Summer after that cliffhanger. It would have them disregarding the cliffhanging results, la, la, la. But they will also have to consider what goes on in Fall as a result of the cliffhanger too. Very odd. I wish it were during the summer, after the extremely short season we had!

     The 4 extra episodes are stand alone episodes,that's what Hart Hanson said at the Paley Fest. He liked that they were stand alones this way they wouldn't have to worry about it fitting into the storyline. I thought when the announcement came out the show was renewed they would have announced when these would be aired.Lets hope it is in the summer i know they finished them,now its just waiting,once again.  :)

     Yes, I was at Paley Fest too and I heard him say that, but I wondered how it would work even then. Will there be no mention of the baby? That's fine, we didn't see her in the "Suit" episode, just one time Bones mentioned leaving for a little while to see her, OK. But if Bones is in jail or in hiding after the season finale, it would be hard to show these episodes and disregard that hanging story arc. I know one of the "bonus" episodes is Angela-centered. That could work, and one is Booth-centered--that might work as well, but Bones IS at the center of the show, so for the other two--how would we disregard such a limiting story arc. The Gravedigger arc wasn't all at once, so you could sandwich episodes in without referring to it, but Bones in Jail or hiding--that's a little hard to ignore...

     Your still thinking that is has to fit into the storyline,i.e. The Gravedigger.You have to not think about Bones the series.Try to think of it as a day in the life,separate from the series,just one day.It doesn't mean Brennan will have to have a baby,anything can happen because they are NOT RELATED to the storyline,arc. So say Brennan gets arrested next week and she is in jail,and they show one of the extra episodes during the summer and we find her in say Europe,on a dig.Then say they come back in Sept. she will still be in jail..What it boils down to is You have to remember these are separate,nothing to do with the story arc.The only other i can think of for you to not watch them when they come out,at least until after Sept? Sorry if that didn't help :(
