Do we hear wedding bells in the Hamptons?

Royal Pains has promoted recurring guest stars Campbell Scott and Brooke D'Orsay to series regulars for the USA drama's fourth season, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

Scott has portrayed mysterious millionaire Boris Kuester von Jurgens-Ratenicz since the series' pilot episode. D'Orsay has recurred since Season 2, playing Evan's girlfriend, now fiancée, Paige Collins.

    I'm neutral on the Brooke D'Orsay promotion but making Campbell Scott a regular is definitely a good idea.  The majority of the episodes he wasn't in last season weren't that interesting.
