It looks like we have made some good guesses of guest stars that are due in this series. Back in March I posted that it looked like Lindsay Duncan would be making a return as Queen Annis. And last week I spotted, and exclusively posted that Liam Cunningham might also be making an appearance. Both of these castings have now been confirmed by the BBC, alongside news that Janet Montgomery will be returning as Princess Mithian too.
No official word as yet on our other casting news exclusive from March where we revealed that Alexander Vlahos has joined the cast as Mordred. But since he is taking part in the charity event Soccer Six in May with the rest of the knights it's obvious that he is part of the show, even though we still cannot confirm his role. I can't see the BBC announcing that anyone has been recast into the role of Mordred at this time.
