  1. I'm sorry I know that everyone else is freaking out over Jane's new love interest but is anybody at all interested in the fact that he is going to SHOOT one of his OWN? Why is that little fact continuously being overlooked?

  2. I agree! What the Hell does that MEAN?

I mean, he's dark when it comes to Red John, but I never thought he'd ever hurt anyone that wasn't a murderer. He's a good guy, messed up, but good at his core. Just he's vengeful, and it's put him in the dark a few times. In less it's by mistake, I can't imagine. Or he shoots them in the arm or something. He did say once when it comes to Red John they better not get in his way. :0

  3. I completely agree. I admit to being a Jisbon shipper but even I think Jane is well within his rights to get a new girlfriend. This is just what happens, all couples on TV shows have SO's at one time or another. Heck on Castle they both had love interests at the same time!

I'm just bursting because I want to know WHO Jane shoots and WHY? What the heck is that going to do? Will this jeopardize his work with the CBI? How can Lisbon trust him to be on her team if he shoots one of them? What if he shoots Lisbon? How will he live with himself if he did that?

Those are the questions I want answered!

  4. Yes, but you want them answered before watching the episode? lol! ;) I'd think you (or anyone) would want to leave something to be surprised..

The fact is they are deflecting the "shoot one of his own" with the love interest, (which I'm so thrilled about!! and I love Emmanuelle Chriqui) so it must be a big thing

    .. or not :|

  5. For the record, Timothy Carter wasn't a murderer...so Jane has already killed someone that wasn't a killer. Murdered him in fact. The thing I've loved about this season is just how dark Jane has been. Seeing how out of his depth he is with Red John and the lengths he is driven to, to the point where the FBI think he's working with RJ and he's gonna have a complete breakdown...for me thats been a long time coming and makes for compelling viewing. I mean it's not like we still don't get 20 episodes of Jane being mostly fun each season, because we do. Also, I do want him to find peace and happiness eventually (which is why i'm very happy about Loralei) but just not yet...the turmoil is all part of the fun. I don't ship Jane and Lisbon myself, they still strike me as best friends more than anything. I have no problem with others wanting them together as long as it doesn't get in the way, it's the fanatical shippers that irritate me. Threatening the writers on twitter when the love interest was announced is just one of few absolutely ridiculous examples. It's like...there's SO much to love about this show, why pin all your hopes on a pairing that may never actually happen? A pairing that, save a few moments, have never actually been portrayed as two people who'd like to get together?

  6. Lol.... "Or not."  It's true - it might turn out to be really a minor event, when all is said and done, but it's certainly thought-provokingElla
(meanwhile, I'm all for that new love interest.  I'd love to see Jane/Lisbon happen eventually, but they are definitely not there yet.  A new and meaningful romance for Jane could be a terrific addition to the show.)

  7. i have a feeling that JJ mom and Straus were both in the rehab together. it is just a hunch.

  8. agree...that is the most important thing to be focusing on. but I see how it can be overlooked. it happens on Castle. They make a great episode with a great story and all the fans are discussing is about the sexual tension between the leads. :O

  9. "one of his own" could be working for Red John? But as big as shooting one of his own sounds, I don't think it will mean much. Remember how Jane murdered someone in the middle of a mall with so many witnesses? Nothing is really gonna happen. They are going to write something in a way there will be absolutely no consequences.

  10. C'mon, Adam. Matthew Perry is amAzing on The Good Wife. I disagree that we need to see any "shreds of humanity." He's a threat to Peter's campaign, and he's playing his role to perfection.

  11. OH GOD! >.< I hope the angry shipper fans won't go trolling Emmanuelle's twitter either. I still get second-hand embarrassment watching the tweets to the writers after Ep15 or after some spoilers, I seriously fear for them and Chriqui after the finale.

Regarding the whole shipping thing I go even further of not being a none-shipper (mm wha?! lol) I mean, the other side, the people who *loathe* J/L could be unreasonable too, and if they DO get together, they will be the ones sending the angry tweets.. :/ lol!  I'm neutral, if they get together or if they don't I would still like it. It's a lot happier that way.
It's great thing that neither Simon or Robin or Bruno are on twitter (though, I sometimes wish they were)

  12.  It's the same for me- I'm a shipper, but I try to stay neutral and look where the show is leading us. I absolutely can't stand Erica Flynn (but I never wrote any threatening tweets ;D), but I have no objections against Loralei so far...what I've seen sounds/looks pretty good.
I agree that both sites can get annoying- it's normal that you can't satisfy everyone, no matter how hard you try, so the writers simply can't do every fan's bidding. It's best to stay as neutral as possible...and I've got more than enough to do with all the Jane-pain they're gonna pile up in the finale :D. Hardcore shipping seems too much of an effort right now....

  13. Perfect comment! If all shippers took this attitude i'd have no problem with them.

  14. Really? There are ways in Game of Thrones that make me want to slap Joffrey even more? Little clown!

  15.  THIS. Brilliant comment...if all shippers took this attitude then I wouldn't have a problem with them.

  16. LOL! It would save lots of headaches and shipwars, no?

I took the neutral approach after a MAJOR disappointment with a show and its fandoms.. shipping is fun but it CAN take away all the fun of the TV show. Now I ship with caution, not too much and from afar.. lol! that's my lifesaver ;)

  17. Timothy Carter wasn't a murderer, yeah. I had a little trouble with that, but remembering he was a child abductor and he made it seem like he was Red John it wasn't a big deal with me afterwards.

So long as Jane doesn't go too dark, I'm okay. He's always had that dark side when it comes to Red John and his friends. He wants Red John to suffer, eye for an eye kind of revenge. Killing him for his family. That I have always understood. Plus, Red John is so tricky the only way to know for sure he'd never kill again is to kill him. I doubt the legal way would work on the guy.

  18. I agree. I've been wanting to know that since I first read it. I actually could care less about his love interest. But shooting thing has me hooked more than anything.
