The Late Late Show - Scottish week trailer

From Monday, May 14 to Friday, May 18, CBS will air the 5 episodes Craig Ferguson and his crew shot in Scotland !

The LLS crew was on a break from March 10 to April 1 (6 new episodes aired during these 3 weeks, but Craig subtly implied they were taped in advance, as he always does when it's the case). During those 22 days, Craig went back to Scotland, where he grew up. He brought a camera crew and a few guests with him to tape five 40-minute shows !

Craig will be in good company : Mila Kunis (Family Guy), Rashida Jones (Parks and Rec), Ariel Tweto (Flying Wild Alaska) and Michael Clarke Duncan (The Finder) made the trip with him, and one of the shows will feature Alex Salmond (the First Minister of Scoland). And he (sort of) brought his TARDIS with him (there's always a little TARDIS on his desk, since he is a huge Doctor Who fan).

All the regulars will be there : Geoff Peterson (Craig's gay robot skeleton sidekick), Secretariat (two interns in a horse suit), Sid (a foul-mouthed british rabbit) and Wavy (an australian crocodile). Michael (the shadowy figure who produces the show) probably won't appear occasionally on screen though.

It's not the first time Craig shot episodes of The Late Late Show outside of his "basement" in Los Angeles, it's the 2nd time : last year he went to Paris from June 13 to June 18 to shoot five shows that aired from August 1 to August 5. They all featured Craig's all-time favorite guest Kristen Bell who made the trip with him, and several locals showed up such as Eddie Izzard, Jean Reno, Arthur, Stéphane Bern and Jean-Michel Cousteau. Throughout the week, he visited touristic sites such as the Eiffel Tower, the Notre Dame cathedral, the Pont des Arts, the Louvre, the Palace of Versailles, the Moulin Rouge (where he performed) and also a cheese shop, a wine cellar, a shoe shop, a restaurant, etc. Here are the first 14 minutes of the first part of his voyage : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8GatAlKOI4

The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson airs Mondays through Fridays at 12:37am on CBS. Watch that show, it's inventive, unpredictible and really funny (adjectives that are not always used when describing CBS comedies (*whistles and walks away*)).
