A lot of the "Chuck" fans out there probably already know about the DVD/BluRay announcement made weeks, if not months, ago. The street date for the fifth and final season on DVD and Blu-Ray is set for May 8th, 2012. I can now present to you the cover art for both the DVD and the Blu-Ray (they're not much different, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to see them both).

    It is so nice how all of the cast are on the cover, damn I miss this show a lot though the final season was  so great especially the last 5-6 eps
