Castle - Season 4 - Andrew Marlowe interview

Castle fans should be prepared to thank “The Limey” – and Lanie – for giving Beckett the kick in the well-tailored slacks she needs in tonight’s episode (ABC, 10/9c), possibly nudging the lady cop into ‘fessing her feelings for the newly disenfranchised Rick.

Whereas past Castle episodes injecting a preternaturally attractive interloper have served to rouse jealousy on one side or the other of this Will They/Won’t They couple, here the arrival of a handsome Scotland Yard detective (played by Neighbours‘ Brett Tucker) — and how he doesn’t ruffle Rick’s feathers — convinces Kate something is amiss with her mister.

  2. As if I wasn't already too excited for those last episodes... The more interviews I read, the more spoilers I get, the closer to death I get.

  3. I'm enjoying the friction between Rick and Kate.  With all the walls these two put up it was bound to happen.  I'm guessing it won't get any better during this episode either since Castle partners up with Det. Slaughter in the episode after this one.

  8. I can't get mine to work right. The last time I used it the damn thing only took me forward a day. Then it fell apart. In retrospect, adhesive tape wasn't a great idea.

  9. I'm so excited for this, all the clues seem to be leading to a big end to the season in a good way. I'm definitely sticking to the comments on this site though, people here a generally more positive. I think Season 4 is the perfect timing, season 3 or before would have been too soon, as a guarded person myself I could envisage taking this long to trust someone completely and trust myself with them. the start of season 5 is definitely the latest Andrew could wait after everything he has said so far

  10. HA. Rick has decided not be jealous anymore. Serves Beckett right for continuing to ignore her feelings. But she will come around. They've made this dynamic really interesting without over saturating the romance.

  12. Ha! I love it! It's about time Kate a rude awakening, having taken for granted that Rick will always be the love struck teenager. She's kept herself way too closed off and expected him to keep haning around for way too long without givng him any hope. R
elationships are give and take and as much as she might care for him she doesn't really give, so I think it will do him some good to activelly try and move on and it will do her some good to realise where she's gone wrong and how much for granted she takes him.
