So much going on, and Henry just turns me on sooooo much. lol
On a side note, had to do a lot of going back on the DVR to watch my current favorite commercial, The Ford Mustang. That is a great, fun commercial. Heck if all of them were as good as this, I might stop DVRing EVERY THING. ;)
Was really glad to see Nora return, but I can't quite make up my mind whether I like Julia or Nora better, so it'll be interesting to see which girl the show chooses to have Josh be with.
I was really glad that Sally got some redemption helping the girl she possessed realize the truth and I was beyond thrilled to see the reaper personality go bye bye (I was not happy when I thought that we were going to continue to see him).
Not particularly digging the Cern/Aidan running away storyline. Maybe it's just that I don't find her character all that redeemable and see her as a bad fit for Aidan.
But looking forward to the next couple of episodes and finding out how Aidan reacts to Henry betraying him again, Julia finding out the truth about Josh, and whatever else the writers have in store for us!
Great ep i liked the sally/Nora team up I wish that could become a thing. I hope Henry gets skinned alive again for betraying Aiden that is just so messed up. As for Josh I doubt his going to cure himself from being a wolf but cant wait for next week.
Awesome ep even though it was more of a setup for things to come. Loved that they've given all of them substantial storylines to work through. Enjoyed Nora's return and the new info that she gave to Josh, and have a feeling that we might see Bryn again before the end of the season. Liked that we got a bit more of the back story with Aidan and Suren's relationship, although it did seem a bit quick (as I didn't get a sense that they were romantic 80 years ago from the previous flashbacks) and the goodbye scene with Sally and Josh was tear inducing. Figured that Henry would betray Aidan, as he always seemed jealous of what Aidan had. Loved the previews for next week as it looks like Sally will continue her path of healing as she will try to apologize to Zoe, and Julia will find out the truth about Josh.....
I didn't love this one as much as last weeks. I did love the dinner party, and it was really nice to see Sally care about someone other than herself. I hated the way that Nora came back. I hated that she tried to guilt trip Josh into going back to her. But mostly I hated that the writers chickened out with her character. They had her love the wolf and had her on this interesting villainous sort of path, and then in this episode they completely backed down from it, and instead decided to go with the safer less interesting path where Josh and Nora will probably eventually get back together after Josh kills Julia during the eclipse next week. Gag. I'm so disappointed. I've really really started to like Julia too. Her relationship with Josh feels the least forced of all of the romantic relationships in the show. If one of Josh's OTLs must die, I vote Nora.
But overall, what I really wish is that the writers would stop giving Aiden and Josh these epic romance storylines altogether and focus on other storylines because frankly the show is kind of terrible at developing romance properly. All of the development happens offscreen and so onscreen everything always feels completely out of left field. I never find the sudden romantic leaps believable, and that's from a die hard cheesy chick flick maven. But maybe its just me.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

Well, saw the Henry being a Traitor by a mile.
ReplyDeleteAs for the episode, it seemed in the milder version compared to all others in this season.
