Olivia is calm for awhile but u see the tension rise up slowly but she hold it i guess so can be able to pass the evil shrink test and start working again.who told about Olivia and her memories to the feds? Nina? Lincoln? Walter? All of them? Because why would she bother to mention that when its like a crazy to even think about it? I wanna know if she remembers the alt Dr Anderson? Poor Olivia both Dr Anderson mess with your sanity LOL her smile is evil to me ..like u crazy much girl?
Exactly. I know the shrink is just doing her job but she's being a little short sighted. Her patient is a woman who has to work cases with the doppelganger who kidnapped her and she shares workspace with a cow. For Olivia and all the people who work in Fringe Division, weird is normal.
Classic Olivia. Blow right past that whole memory replacement thing now that she's got Peter, back to the case! She's like the Energizer Bunny, Federal Agent edition.
And she's got a point - she's a walking drug trial with the ability to cross universes, with a doppelganger who likes to occasionally take over her life; her boyfriend is from another world, and is the key part in a universe-altering machine who jumped fifteen years into the future, accidentally erased himself, then came back against all known scientific possibility; her co-worker and friend is a mad scientist who has done everything from mixing animal DNA to trying to harness mind control to conducting the very human experiments she was a part of; and they're all working to prevent an apocalypse or a hostile takeover by shape shifters, not to mention the run of the mill fringe events like human bombs or dream stealers or time travelers, which they do from their base of operations, a college science lab with a cow living in it. Memory problems? Barely even a blip.
It's turning out to be a great season, but with ratings the way they are, my hopes for Season 5 are dwindling. If it turns out that this is Kevin Reily's pet, and get a fifth wrap-up season, will that be like the 5th season of Babylon 5, which was a bit contrived since the finale of season 4 was really written as the series finale (since renewal happened far too late). I think Fringe is in a similar spot unless Fox decides earlier than May upfronts.
Ha! And lets not forget there are this crazy semi-emotionally inept bald men in business suits running around universes and time that keep interfering with everything and go around calling people "mistakes" and expect everyone to just grin and bare it!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Greatttt!!!! love this,walter is back??

ReplyDeleteYes! A perfect answer to anyone that calls Olivia "weird."
How can Olivia be so calm? I wouldn't be able to last a second meeting with Dr Anderson.

ReplyDeleteA nice touch is the fact that the psychiatrist is played by the same actress (Gabrielle Rose) from S03E01 ;)

ReplyDelete#FRINGE "My sitting here now, trying to convince an FBI shrink...no offense, that I am fit to return to active duty, is,....pointless"
ReplyDeleteI loved how she says "pointless" after taking a breath...her patience!, yet strong in arguing
Someone needs to give this shrink a memo saying -> this is freaking Agent Olivia Dunham, agree or prepare to be fried at your own risk.....haha
Olivia rocks!!!!
