Broadway actor and recent Pan Am guest star Colin Donnell is joining the cast of The CW's new series Arrow. Donnell joins the previously casted Stephen Amell who is playing the title role of Green Arrow, and Katie Cassidy who is playing Green Arrow's love interest. Colin Donnell will play Oliver Queen's best friend, Tommy Merlyn.
