02/07/2012 (08:00PM - 10:00PM) (Tuesday) : WILD DUNK TANK-LIKE CHALLENGE LEAVES ONE TEAM WITHOUT A TRAINER -- In this season of "no excuses," this week’s challenge addresses the excuse "I can’t lose weight on my own." Trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince are suspended over water in a wild dunk tank-like challenge in which the red and black teams have to use their strength to keep a weight from landing their trainer in the pool. The losing team has to do without their trainer all week until the last chance workout. Once the losing team is determine, one contestant admirably steps up to lead their group while their trainer is away, with none of them aware that he is secretly watching how they do in his absence. Later, a very heated elimination sends another player home after a tense weigh-in to see how both teams did this week.

Whitney tries to dig up dirt on Lance so that she can convince Roxanne that he is not a changed man, but instead ends up with a surprise of her own. Meanwhile, Neal (Maulik Pancholy) encounters some racism with one of his work colleagues, but isn’t sure how to handle the situation. Elsewhere, Lily (Zoe Lister-Jones) doesn’t want to tell Neal that she lost her engagement ring and begins frantically searching everywhere for it. Chris D’Elia and Dan O’Brien also star.

02/08/2012 (08:30PM - 09:00PM) (Wednesday) : CHELSEA SETS HER SIGHTS ON A HANDSOME DOCTOR AND GETS AN INVITATION TO GO DEEP SEA FISHING – Chelsea (Laura Prepon) accepts an invitation to go deep sea fishing with her new doctor, Dr. Thomas (Tom Parker, "’Til Death"), and his partner, Dr. Rosen (Josh Meyers, "MADtv"), and brings Nikki (Natasha Leggero) and Dee Dee (Lauren Lapkus) along for the trip. As Dee Dee hits it off with Captain Steve (Nate Torrence, "She’s Out Of My League"), Nikki and Chelsea plot to pair off with the eligible doctors, but the girls are in for a surprise when it becomes apparent the doctors are more than just business partners. An aspiring actress is found unconscious in Central Park with drugs in her system and evidence of sexual trauma. Detectives Benson (Hargitay) and Amaro (Pino) pay a visit to the reality show producer (guest star McKean) for whom she had auditioned just before the attack, and stop him from assaulting another actress (guest star Lambert) on the casting couch. The detectives arrest the producer, but the situation turns dangerous when his distraught son takes drastic action in order to get his father out of jail. Meanwhile, Benson and Executive ADA David Haden (guest star Connick) grow closer. Also starring Ice-T (Detective Odafin Tutuola), Dann Florek (Captain Donald Cragen), Richard Belzer (Sergeant John Munch) and Kelli Giddish (Detective Amanda Rollins.) An actress in an interactive theater production is raped on stage, while the audience believes it to be part of the show. The SVU detectives hit a dead end in their investigation when they learn the show’s passionate director (guest star Fisher Stevens) gave the audience, including the assailant, masks to wear during the performance. Detectives Rollins (Kelli Giddish) and Tutuola (Ice-T) track down an obsessed fan of the young actress who recorded the assault while stalking her, which leads Detectives Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Amaro (Danny Pino) to a respected judge (guest star Kevin Pollak.) With the judge’s reputation on the line, the SVU squad explores the underbelly of the New York theater world to uncover who really orchestrated the public attack. Also starring Dann Florek (Captain Donald Cragen) with special appearances by Stephanie March (ADA Alex Cabot), Gilbert Gottfried (TARU Tech Leo Gerber.) Grant Shaud guest stars.
