Yeah but that's not his fault. Everyone put those secrets on him an that is a LOT of pressure to deal with considering the pressure they have to live with everyday in the zombie apocalypse. Besides, he did keep their secrets, but he could only do it for so long.
I think a Carol/Darryl coupling is ridiculous. I love Daryl's character and find Carol to be annoying. As a mom, I would be out there hunting for my daughter like you wouldn't believe. I find her response to her daughter's disappearance to be the most frustrating thing and perhaps unrealistic response on the show. I'll do laundry while you go search for my 12 year old who is lost in Georgia with flesh-eating zombies. Seriously?! Lastly, I get that there are only so many women and men on the show and we're showing how they live together and band together, but let's not put them all into couples. It's not Zombie Apocalypse 90210. I mean, come on now.
Yeah, not to happy about them coming up with so many couples now either. I mean I get that in a post-apocalyptic world you're trying to get some sex as long as you still can, but I still don't like the idea of having every woman in a relationship. Although I'm not quite sure Andrea and Shane are now together and I also can't really picture Daryl being Carol's boyfriend.
I'm betting Shane starts some trouble when he finds out Lori is pregnant and Herschel still wants to evict them. Maybe he'll try to take over the farm.
I'm pretty sure Carol staying behind instead of joining the search is probably the smartest thing she's ever done. She's easily frightened, makes way too much noise, and is just another thing they have to worry about instead of focusing on actually finding Sophia. She would just get in the way. She knows how weak she is - can't really miss it - so I appreciate her not getting in the way of the search.
As far as she and Daryl go - I think it's more of a maternal thing and not really a romantic thing.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Thanks! Can't wait for a new episode!
ReplyDeleteAnd aww, it's the midseason finale already?
And Glenn just cannot be trusted with secrets at all. I also approve of Darryl/Carol.
can't wait!!!!

This show is so awesome. Not disappointed at all in the behind the scenes changes that have been made so far.

ReplyDeleteFrom what I've heard and judging from this promo there will be a lot going on. Should be a great episode.
