  1. That's an interesting choice.Any indication of how long she'll be staying?

  2. While I knew she was leaving who says we need someone to replace her? She is not replaceable as it is!

  3. Why not replace it with a different show

  4. what Marg Helenberg is leaving before the end of season 12?

  5. Yes, it was announced before the season started, she actually wanted to leave earlier but with L. Fishburn leaving they persuaded her to stay until early 2012.  I'm sure the money helped.

  7. I t will be very difficult to lose Marg, but we knew this was coming for a while. But I do like Elizabeth Shue alot and I find it somehwat ironic that the last thing I think saw her in was her movie "Leaving Las Vegas".... and now she's coming back to LV.. Big shoes to fill, but I've been very please with the addition of Ted Danson and look forward to see what Elizabeth can bring to the table.

  8. We knew she was leaving for awhile, that being said it might work out with Ms Shue, she might add as much as Ted Danson has...My gripe is J.Fox,i never liked her in this show,i liked her in ER,and in some other rolls but not in this.In my opinion she could be replaced easily.

  9. Huh. Don't see Shue fitting in, but then I had a few doubts about Danson, and they've all been put to shame. I think my main problem with Shue is that the role I remember best is from Cocktail. I've seen her in other things, but that is the one that comes to mind, and then I try to insert that character into CSI and ......no, no, no, no. Ah, well. We'll see.

  10. Aw, I love Cocktail! It's such a good movie.

(LOL, that's my random contribution to this post.)

  11. OK, let me say this, this show IS an ensemble cast, their chemistry is what makes the show. It's not Law & Order (the original), where it's all about the cases and all of the detectives are interchangeable and little to no back story is ever given. I stayed around when Warrick died, I stayed around when Gil left, I stayed when Langston left. I have even given Ted Danson's character a chance. I never liked Sarah. It took time for Marg to grow on me but now and all I have left is Nick, which is not enough. No wonder CBS gave person of interest their slot. 12 seasons (and two terrible spin-offs) is a good run.

  13. Wish they would hire younger cast members.
