    Pretty cool poster and the Carno looks good in 2D on a poster, but I wish they looked better on TV still.

    The "Slashers" are a species of raptors. They are "Acceraptors". A fictional raptor similar to an Oviraptor but with teeth. http://terranova.wikia.com/wiki/Acceraptor

    The problem is they went back 85 million years... before the Velociraptor existed (71-75 million years ago).

    Ahh I see, I keep laughing at the Slashers because of their name I just couldn't take the scenes last week seriously.

    Its a shame because the Velociraptor will always be the scariest dinosaurs, I guess though they didn't want too many comparisons to Jurassic Park

    Who knows we  may see some other raptors... they may not stick to our Earth's time line and species list for 85 million years ago.

    I guess Jurassic Park made the Velociraptor so scary, prior to that I think T-rex was the big bad on the block. Maybe Terra Nova will make "slashers"  the scary dino..... or not. XD
