Great episode. However, I'm in no way judging this episode as how I think the rest of the season will be. Much like in Season 6, the première was out-with the normal parameters of a regular House episode. House's season and most probably the shows fate will be decided on how the next few episodes go. The issues that they have to deal with; Cuddy's departure, the new boss, House coming once again to work at PPTH. I'd love to see House restored to its former glory. However, I feel like this season is more likely going to be a car crash that you're watching with an expression of abject horror knowing you're too late to stop it. I hope I'm wrong, but I feel that they lost and alienated part of a fanbase that will never return no matter what happens this season.
Great episode.Maybe hes finally taking some responsablity and taking it to heart. But more than likely as soon as hes back in the hospital he'll be back to his old self. Wait until he sees his new office and i can't wait to see how everone responses to him.
Wow!!Much better than i was expecting...probably because of the lack of Foreman and Taub and much more time for House..Odette Annable was pretty good and i prefer her than all the boring stuff with Cuddy.
He's extremly lucky to have a cellmate who doesn't try to harass him. Nice to see that to save someone he will complete his year in jail. Doesn't look selfish to me.
Not bad. I noticed that the writers brought up the "House is trying to punish himself" subject again yet after all these seasons House hasn't adequately addressed the root problem which is the destructive behavior that leads him to feel he needs punishing.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
There's hope for this show yet. Love the new timeslot. House's cellmate reminded me of the Chief from One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.
ReplyDeleteAwesome!!!!!!! Great premiere, im mad he defended himself lol
ReplyDeleteGreat episode. Hope the rest of the season is as good.
ReplyDeleteI really don't know what to say! Where's my favorite show?? I love it and hate at the same time...it's weird!

ReplyDeleteIt was nice having an episode without being bored by Foreman and Taub. That alone gives it a 10/10
ReplyDeleteI'm liking it.
ReplyDeleteI'm really debating whether I should watch or not. I decided immediately after Lisa Edelstein's departure that I was done for good. Conflicted.
ReplyDeleteTop stuff... Always loved House no matter what route it's taken... this episode was on top form!
