    It was a decent episode, but not that great.

     - I've had about enough of "incompetent April."  How about some character growth, Shonda?
     - Mark sticking up for Avery throughout the episode was pretty great.
     - I'm not liking what they're doing with Bailey.  She's making a mess of her personal life, she's lashing out at Owen for no reason, and her general demeanor is unprofessional at best.  She's got a legitimate beef with Meredith though.  I can't fault her for that.
     - Jackson's mom seemed annoying in the previews but she grew on me as the episode went on.
