    I love Gary Sinese!  I cried at the last scene when he was placing the 'thank you' plaque for helping with the 9-11 tragedy.

    Overall not a bad ep. And OMG a decent plot for a change.  

    I think the sudden return to work of Mac was a very rushed and predictable. I wanted him back but I think they could have come up with some way of easing him back in and kept it interesting.
