    Can just one cop in the TV landscape (especially one that's ben kidnapped at least twice that I can remember on this show) call for back up when they get a twig that they may be standing in the room with a serial killer.  Sure, this time she got the drop on him...but a text message?  Help on hold?   Something?  Anything?

    Just able half way through the ep but I had to rant.  :-)
