New Girl - Episode 1.03 - Wedding - Review

I'm freaking out. If you've read my reviews of the previous episodes of New Girl, you'll know that I thought the second episode was too much of a rehash of the pilot. I even guessed that the guys would join Jess in a tap dance at the end of the third episode since they sang "Time of My Life" in the first and wore hats in the second.

Well, it's not exactly a tap dance, but it is a dance — the Chicken Dance! And in slow motion, to boot. Yes, this now marks the third time in a row that everyone has banded together to participate in some ridiculousness before the credits rolled at the end of a New Girl episode… and I'm pretty sure the showrunners think it's just flying over our heads. It's not. How many times will the guys have to prove to Jess they like her in this manner? By episode 6, it'll be a complete musical number, choreography and everything!

That said, this was the funniest episode of New Girl yet …
