    Someone needs to smack Emma upside the head.  She should have told someone in that family who she is by now.  She needs to get out in front of this by telling the truth now so Sutton doesn't come back and claim she's hijacked her life.  Sutton asked Emma to do this so she shouldn't get to pretend otherwise.

    As for the other stuff:
     - Ethan should have dragged her back in there and said "if you don't tell them, I will."
     - Why hasn't Derek raised any red flags by now?  That is one sketchy kid.
     - They need to give Ethan's cop brother more screen time when the show comes back.  Through nine episodes, I still can't get a good read on that guy.
     - Alec must really have something on Dan for him to be doing all these favors.
     - When the truth comes out, Thayer had better have Emma's back.
