Cancelled Shows Hart of Dixie Nikita Supernatural Vampire DiariesSince the CW sells advertising for alot of its shows based on the W 18-34 here is how the shows are doing.
Gossip Girl and Heart of Dixie fell sharply while most others rose.
#1 2.0 Vampire Diaries (stable)
#2 1.4 Secret Circle (up 0.1)
#3 1.3 90210 (up 0.2)
#4 1.2 Gossip Girl (down 0.3)
#5 1.1 Hart of Dixie (down 0.4), 1.1 Ringer (up 0.3), 1.1 America's Next Top Model (down 0.1)
#6 0.7 Supernatural (up 0.2)
#7 0.5 Nikita (stable)

ReplyDeleteWow! 90210, The Secret Circle, and The Vampire Diaries are the top 3. Now all I need is for RINGER to hit the 4th spot. Nikita and Hart Of Dixie should just be cancelled.

sorry but who cares about women on friday? Nikita is in the bottom but it's normal. The show was renewed with low rating in W, and now cw will understand that it's weak because of the day. A 1.8 it's great for cbs on this day, why cw won't be happy with a 0.6?
ReplyDeleteGossip girl Hart of dixie and also Ringer and 90210 will have more trouble considering that monday/tuesdaay it's not friday. A 0.6 on a ordinary day it's really a problem for CW
VD gets 100% a renewal and Secret Circle likely
ReplyDeletehmmmm I don't watch the first 3, but I watch GG,Ringer,SPN and Nikita... I don't think I'll be lucky enough to have all of them next year... :'(
ReplyDeletethe thing is that gossip girl can never be cancelled......it has the best cast of the whole cw network..also they would stop at season 6 because their contracts are up and they obviously dont want to continue
ReplyDeleteI feel like even after 7 seasons, SPN doesn't get the recognition from the network it deserves. I know on the CW alone, I see commercials all the time for Gossip Girl, Vampire Diaries, and pretty much every other show besides SPN and it bothers me. The show has a loyal fanbase that will watch no matter what, but I feel like if it were promoted better on the network, more ppl would watch

ReplyDeleteDon't think you should worry too much about SPN so far, I believe, if I'm not mistaken, that the 18-49 is more important for friday and on that, SPN is only getting beat by 3 shows and tie with another one, while being on friday and the new director when he came at the CW, the first thing he did was to ask J&J if they were interested to sign for a 8th season if ratings allow them to
