Facts :
- These 35 polls have received a total amount of 10282 votes (as of Thursday, September 8th 2011 at 01:59am GMT+1).
- The average of votes per poll is 293.77 (12 shows are above that average, 23 are under).
- One Tree Hill's poll is still the most popular with 1,059 votes, whereas Fringe (which is quite big on SpoilerTV, bigger than OTH imo) only comes in 2nd position with 952 votes.
- The third season keeps being the season people appreciate the most : people said season 3 is their favorite for 17 (out of 35) shows.
- On the other hand, season 1 is not often the favorite season of SpoilerTV members : only 4 first seasons (Desperate Housewives', Damages', Californication's and Nurse Jackie's) lead in their respective polls.
- The biggest plebiscites are for Castle's third season, Fringe's third season, Damages' first season, Parks and Rec's third season, Breaking Bad's third season, Torchwood's third season and Southland's third season.
- 12% of the people of voted in these polls have red hair and a third of them have glasses (that's right, I'm watching you).
- 65% of the people who opened this thread couldn't care less about these observations.
And now, it's time to choose which season of Gossip Girl is the best, and perhaps explain why with a nice little comment :

ReplyDeleteThere's an error, The Mentalist poll results shows season 2 twice. Which one of them is season 1?
ReplyDeleteAnd I chose season 4 for Gossip Girl, because I loved Katie Cassidy as Juliet Sharp and her 11 episodes arc. Not just some guest star for one or two episodes. Her character had connections to many other characters and affected them in some ways. And it brought the most funny and fresh "couple": Dair! Their bickering was one of the highlights this season!

ReplyDeleteSeason 1 hands down. Dan/Serena, the NBC triangle, the intro to UES courtesy of Dan Humphrey. The stories and the characters actually made sense and everyone (in some regard ) had a sense of purpose. I just can't say the same for the later seasons.
ReplyDeleteSeason 2 because thats when they came out with Chuck bass' story line. i love chucks story line.
ReplyDeleteSeason 1 because you can't beat the epicness that was season 1. I mean, that was the only good season that had Chuck and Blair shown as great both apart and together and there was plenty of Eric, as well as good Jenny and the only great season with D/S without making either look like assholes. Season 4 comes in second because of Eric and Dan/Blair.
